“I called Marty on a Thursday morning and an hour later he is literally on the pavement in the parking lot under my classic Mustang taking a look at the issue. Damon comes out and drops what he is doing to help out as well. They resolved the main issue within a couple of minutes (car wouldn't go into park) and will be taking care of the rest when parts come in next week. You just don't see a business drop everything to attend to a first-time customer like that. The service I got from StraightLines was top notch, and they have gained my business for life.
