Jadee did an amazing job on my haircut, went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, my hair had been grown out for about a year, I told her the style I was thinking and asked her input. She helped with a great style! She was so kind and caring and treated me like a part of the family! Thank you!! I will 100% be going back

I was given a $95 gift certificate to the salon. I went in and got Renae. I asked for root touch-up and some highlights. First off, the color she used on my roots didn't match the rest of my hair. The highlights were big streaks of orange \\u0026 yellow. My hair was fried. She sent me out of the salon with wet hair, so I didn't notice it right away. I let it air dry and was horrified. When I combed it, the fried parts came out in big clumps. It took months of deep conditioning and just cutting it off to almost get my hair back to normal. I've seen other reviews for her that are good, so I don't know if she just had a bad day or what - but I'll never go back there. The first pic is one my daughter took right before she started working on my hair. The next one is 2 hours after I left the salon - after my hair air dried at work. She also told me that by using the gift certificate, \\\"...that only leaves me with a $4.00 tip\\\" which I thought was really unprofessional.

We stumbled upon Renae at Beauty Nook when we were looking for someone local in Tea. What a blessing! Renae is absolutely wonderful to work with, has fantastic communication, squeezes us in when she can, and always delivers amazing service. We have 5 in our family that see her now and we cannot praise her enough! We have 3 boys, my husband, and myself. She does a fantastic job on each and every one of us. So if you're looking for someone to take care of you, definitely call Renae ?

I stopped here in a whim to fix a previous haircut that was not good! Katy could tell what I needed immediately. I loved her personality and how she told me the truth about my hair. It is thick and curly and not many stylists know how to handle it. I am definitely going back to her! I love my hair now! Thanks Katy!
