I was in and out of the store and installed the new one in their parking lot. I appreciated The Veterans Discount which was a bonus. Great service and friendly.”

They found the battery that the machine came with and were able to get it to me in less than a week. Everyone there was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. “Went n today to simply recharge my AC. Something I need to do every year, this year I decided to save $20 by getting a recharge without a gauge. Anyway the dang thing basically blew up on me in the parking lot. The employee and manager were respectful and understanding in the situation. I was able to pay the difference and get the better product. My car was blowing cold out and while I didn't save the initial $20, my car has cold air, I know a product to avoid, Oriely got their sale and everyone is happy. 5/5 stars.”

“My explore had a bad battery. Matthew, the manager, was fantastic and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of! An employee came in early to watch counter so he could install my new battery. It was even a battery that needed an extra tool to install due to computer systems, but he even had that tool on hand. This made it so I could avoid going to the dealership! We will be going to this O'Reilly store from now on. Thank you Matthew and the other gentleman for helping me out!”
