Sent my 10 month old here for exactly 2 months. He averaged 3-4 days of care a week. In this time, they constantly sent him home in the wrong clothes and diapers (when he had his own of each in his cubby). When we would ask why, nobody could answer us. Did not follow instructions on giving fever reducing medication leading to over a 100 degree fever. We picked him up one night and he was chewing on another kids pacifier. We vocalized it was unsanitary and were told “I cleaned it so it’s fine”. When we decided to withdraw him and notified the owner, she was disappointed and accused us of lying and told us to keep him home since we were first time parents. They are regularly understaffed and have 18 year old kids barely graduated from high school running their programs on a day to day basis. The preschool portion has potential but their infant program is extremely neglected. Owner is unprofessional and does not listen to the concerns of her customers.

They published 1st week of care free on a coupon book. Took daughter 1 day when I picked her up the owner conveniently was not there but left a post it saying they had paying customers and wouldn't honor rest of week. That's bad business. Nobody told me how she did and her diaper was poopy. I guess bc I used a coupon they offered she got less care than paying folks.

My 9 year old and 2 year old have been going here for a couple of short months after we relocated from TN. The place is great. Both children have grown and benefited greatly and there hasn't been anything that they would not help with. More than accommodating and loving. My 2 year old recited her a b pc's tonight, thanks to Challenging Minds.

My sister in law had her kids go here, they were very nice and tidy when I came to pick up Grayson! Couldn't wait to go back the next day!

We utilized this provider for almost exactly six months, and fortunately for us, we were already moving and no longer needed their services. Had we not moved, we would have pulled our child out after 4 months.This daycare center does not have properly trained staff, they are constantly over-ratio between teachers and students (to the point that consistently, a baby is being carried by a teacher that is watching a classroom of 15+ kids!!!).Additionally, the staff and director collude in punishments they deem fit for children and will not tell the parent about it unless the parent asks questions. Our child had an accident with going to the bathroom and the amount of punishment and yelling they inflicted on him resulted in over a month of relapse with potty training because he was terrified to go to the bathroom anymore. When confronted why they felt the punishment was even done, the director and staff both felt they did nothing wrong. I would strongly discourage any parent to send their child to this facility unless your only criteria is that your child is returned to you alive each day.
