Shop helped me out on an unplanned tire replacement during a recent cross-country trip. Made arrangements remotely via text and was in & out in 2 hours with reasonable pricing. Recommend highly ?

These guys saved my butt! My tires started to cup on my 2018 BMW K1600 and these guys took me in right before closing and had my bike back to me while I waited. They went above and beyond what my local dealer would have done and they had a really cool attitude and vibe. I highly recommend

I'd have done zero stars if possible. They simply don't understand the importance of helping a rider on the road, especially one in the middle of a timed event. Not cool at all. At all.
Will NEVER darken their door again. Incredibly rude staff and possibly not competent. Long story short, my friend was in the area on a big ride that is timed, so every minute matters. He wanted fresh tires before heading into Canada and onto Alaska, but since it was the tail end of the Sturgis Rally, most shops were slammed and many didn't have much in the way of parts or tires.
On the suggestion of a friend who used to work there, I tried Sturgis Motorsports. The service guy I spoke with was GREAT! They had 5 different tires for him to choose from and opened at 7:30AM the next day when he'd be there, actually, he'd be there much earlier, but we figured it be a good opportunity to rest a bit while waiting for the shop to open. YES!
Well, that went terrible when 7:30AM rolled around. First of all, the person who greeted him at the service bay was awful. After complaining to the general manager, turns out he was a loaner employee from another store during the event and he was promptly sent away when the GM reviewed the video footage because it was that bad.
Further, tires were never mounted. Why? Because they claim that there's some special tool needed for this particular bike and they don't have it. This mysterious tool seems to only be known by people at THIS dealership. No one else on the planet has heard of it or knows anything about why they would be unable to change the tires. I absolutely told the person who took my call the make and model of bike, no question or red flags were raised. No, they let us waste about 5 or 6 hours trying to give them some business. He even tried to just buy the tires and try to find someone else to mount them, but the shop wasn't even interested in that. Makes no sense to me at all.
We wound up using an independent shop in Kalispell that I would HIGHLY recommend. This guy went way out of his way to make sure my friend was taken care of. Another friend drove down to Missoula to pick up tires from the dealer there just so we KNEW we had tires that would fit and Don at All Moto Tire in Kalispell opened up at 10PM on a Saturday night to make certain he got what he needed that Sturgis Motorsports completely and totally dropped the ball on. Now, he didn't even buy tires from Don and he STILL opened up late at night on a Saturday to help a rider who was mistreated at Sturgis motorsports. The only thing I can imagine as to why they treated him so badly is that he was on a Harley (Pan American, uses the same tires as a BMW GS) and figured they don't care about Harley riders. Well, I think we all know we shouldn't make assumptions about people. We aren't Harley people at all. In fact, that dealership carries the brands we usually ride. Too bad they lost us as customers and we'll be telling all of our friends and anyone who will listen to STAY AWAY from this shop.
What did the GM do to try and make it up to him? Send him a tee shirt and hat from the shop. "Hey, yeah, we screwed you bad, man. How about you advertise for us?" Yeah, not gonna happen! We'll find a use for these items. The GM might not approve, but we don't approve of his shop's service, so sounds like a good deal.

By adding the extra shop hours and staffing, you truly minimized a potential nightmare by getting my bike in after it had real problems leaving town. Thanks guys!!

Took a bike in for 14000 service.
They did only an oil and filter change.
The valve check, spark plug change, and air filter change were never done.
Reasoning being that they were doing me a favor by getting me the bike earlier.
The change was not mentioned till it came time to pay at the end.

So helpful throughout everything, bought a brand new bike back in December and had an accident in May, these guys have been nothing but helpful through the process of buying and fixing the bike. Got the bike back and it rides like a dream. Huge shout out to Doug over there.

This BMW Motorrad dealer is top notch. I have had tire issues two years in a row in the Black Hills and Ken and the service team came through for me each time. They understand customer service!

Sturgis Motorsports was fantastic. I was on a long cross country trip and needed a rear tire to get home. I showed up and they got me in and on my way in a few hours. This was in addition to servicing regulars and other maintenance issues by riders on the road. Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly
