Have taken our vehicles here a couple times as it's a local dealer shop for us. I will not take anything there again. Each time we have brought something here "with an appointment" even if it's an oil change, it takes till the end of the day before anyone from the service department would call you, the one time I was waiting for the car, and they asked and verified that I was, and it took almost 2 hours before I walked back to the desk and asked if they were done and they were surprise I was there and said it had been done for a while. This last time we made an appointment, told them the reasons we were bringing it in, and an hour before close they called with a question for one of the services, then had to call 3 times within a half hour of them closing to have anyone from service answer the phone to tell us they just diagnosed and re confirmed the reasons we brought it in, but that they would have to get parts for it and that nothing had been done. So we went without a car all day, inconveniencing other people to give rides to drop off and pick up, for them to confirm why we made the appointment, and waited till the end of the day to make any communication and then not have done anything. Very poor service.

I've had my vehicle there for a month now and no one has ever responded back to me on the timeline of getting it fixed. I've called back multiple times and have been told each time that I will receive a call back with an update and then it never comes. The manager thats "handling" my car is never in to talk to either. Still haven't had any updates and very frustrated and disappointed since I was told that this was a great business.

I live in California and my elderly parents live in Rapid City. Unfortunately mom was in an accident that was not her fault, thankfully and more importantly than that there were no injuries. It did however total their car. Mom and dad were in no way up to the task of going from lot to lot trying to find the car that they wanted to have. and I think could very easily have been taken advantage of by the wrong kind of sales people. I did an internet search and found a car that had the safety features and other things that I knew they would be happy with. Jaclyn Smith was the person who answered the phone when i called. I explained the situation and asked if she would mind taking that car to Rapid City to my mom and dad's house to show it to them. She readily agreed to do just that and then did just that. To make an even longer story a little shorter, both Jaclyn and the other folks at Sturgis Ford absolutely went out of their way to take care of my parents! Before it was over, Jaclyn actually made several trips to my mom and dad's home to help them with one thing or another on their car. That was not a short drive either. To conclude, both my parents and I are so very grateful to Jaclyn and the sales and service team at Wareing Sturgis Ford for the incredible service that we received! Thank you so much!

Waring Ford is a nice professional run shop. They have a nice waiting area and it's stocked with drinks and snacks. The alignment and tires are done. I would recommend them to anyone needing service on their Ford Products!

worst experience, not even Mr. Tim Kugler the general manager knows what a OTD means, agree to one thing and on pappers stab you, lying on mileages reading and his favorite solution is to hangup the phone, there is no way you can trust on the people.

Paul sold me brand new 2024 Ford F350. I was looking all over the country for a specific truck and was able to find one that was very similar preordered by their dealership. Once it got delivered from the factory Shyla from Financing was very helpful and walked me through the whole process and was patient with me as this was the very first BRAND new car that I bought. Once that was done Paul went out of this way to help me find a trustworthy delivery truck driver since I lived 5 states away. Absolutely thankful for them for walking me through the process and highly recommend them.!

If you guys like to play phone tag, well this is the place to take your vehicle. I dropped off my company vehicle on a weds, i have not received any response on the status of my company vehicle it is Friday afternoon and nothing. I called multiple times and i get placed on hold and the phone rings for over 10 mins. no good communication.

While driving to Deadwood on Friday afternoon, my 2022 F250 started acting up and the check engine light randomly started going on and blinking at times, but not always. I called a different location and they had a spot on Monday to get us in so I figured my weekend vacation was a bust. I saw that Wareing was close by so I took a chance and called them. They were able to look up the truck by vin and saw that it was reporting a bad sparkplug or harness. They told me to come down since they had time to work on it that afternoon. Less than two hours later I walked out with a repaired truck. I can't say how I was impressed by their ability to squeeze me in before they closed and the great service they provided for an out of town visitor. Thanks to the whole team for letting us continue our vacation with a repaired truck.
