Great customer service.I had a tire going flat fast , they were short handed and were going to send me to a different shop, they put air in the tire and realized it was leaking faster than we expected- Not knowing if I would be able to make it across town or not they took care of it even though they were already over booked and short staffed. We agreed that if it wasn't a quick fix, they would put the spare on for now. The gentleman patched it and sent me on my way. I was very happy with the service they provided. Reasonable price and great helpful attitude.

Went to Mr. Tire for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. The very next day I noticed my front, drivers side tire was very low. Since I had a long drive ahead of me that day I wanted to make sure the tire was okay before I left. When I brought my car back to Mr. Tire I asked if they usually put air in the tire when they rotate tires because my one tire was very low.

They went above and beyond when my friend needed help with her car today. she was stranded in Sturgis until it was fixed. They got the parts from Rapid City and even bought her a sandwich for lunch! they had her on her way in a timely fashion, even having to travel for parts.
