Jake's did a great job repairing my Ranger. They finished almost a week ahead of schedule, and helped deal with the insurance company, which helped a great deal. I'd recommend Jake's to anyone.

When I took my car in to get an estimate everyone was so friendly and personal. I kinda needed my car repaired asap but they were able to fit me in their busy schedule. The bumper of my car looked brand new and they repaired it in a timely manner. And they even cleaned the inside and outside of my car which was a plus. Thank you so much guys. I really appreciate the work you put into it.

My car was backed into on Thanksgiving. The insurance company sent me here for repairs. I was able to get an estimate in late December. They finally told me in near mid January I should bring my car in February 20. When the appointment day arrives I get there to be told when they ordered my parts they did not order my door. That was the main area of damage. This meant it would take longer to repair my car. Which was ok I was provided a rental. I was going to rapid city on March 2 I passed the shop after hours and saw my car primered had been left unsecured in the main parking lot with the back window all the way down my new mirror in the back seat and it was snowing.primer can't get wet. I had to wait to call the next morning.i told the guy what I saw and he sounded surprised that car had been left out. I figured it would take until the next week for them to fix it. I was shocked to get a call 2 days later saying I could come get my car. I pick up the car and go home and discover I was smart to opt to keep my old parts. As I removed the old door from the trunk I see they left my expensive mark Levinson speaker that is matched to my sound system in the old door. I take the panel off to see what speaker was in my door. I found a completely shot pioneer speaker with almost no shock on it. Also on the new door the trim is bent when on my original door it is fine. If I had not kept my parts my speaker would have been lost to me. Along with this they charged the insurance company for tasks they did not do like parts cleanup since I kept my parts and some other steps I can prove they had not done. I have informed the insurance company of this too. They charged as much as possible for incredibly poor work and have made me feel like my car was not properly handled. In following pictures there is a speaker with the shock intact that was left in my old door and the one that was installed in my car that was damaged

I had tried getting into multiple other local dent repair shops, and they either never called me back to schedule an appointment, or they would forget we made an appointment. I wish I had skipped all that wasted time & frustration and just went straight to Jake's! I was made an appointment on the spot! I showed up before they were open due to having to be at work and was helped before they even opened! A little more communication on how long it would take & changes in its expected done date would have been nice, but I really appreciated them willing to loan me a vehicle due to it taking longer than originally quoted. My car looks AMAZING! It could not look any better! I'm definitely pleased & so happy with the end result! I so appreciate them handling my insurance, too!

We got a big circular crack in our windshield on the first day of our trip. Stopped in at Jake's to ask if it was serious and would it hold till we got home. The service manager checked it and assured us it should be fine. No charge. Such a nice fellow. Clearly a good company, would recommend.

I approached Jake’s Collision with an unusually small challenge; repairing small and indiscrete paint chips on my car. Without hesitation, nor resentment to accommodate, they graciously repaired them at a ridiculously affordable rate. I called this establishment because I saw that they had really good reviews on google- I didn’t know what I was asking for (i.e. an air conditioning recharge?) was even something that they did. The lady didn’t even hesitate to thank me for calling and direct me to the proper place for help providing not only the name of another establishment but also a phone number. Definitely the best customer service I’ve yet to encounter in Western South Dakota; although everyone in customer service I’ve encountered in the Northern Black Hills area outside of Deadwood has been super! For an area renowned in the customer service industry, these people are exemplary!
