Flex fitness has been a great gym with a great environment! Been going for years now and they have everything you’d possibly need to succeed in the gym! Highly recommend checking it out!!

This is the place to be!! 24/7 access, tons of equipment, showers, sauna, ice bath… you name it, they got it! Extremely nice staff as well! If your looking for a gym, I highly recommend Flex!!!
