Have been to this location several times, they are always "busy" and "will be right with you". The employees are rarely in a good mood and move at the speed of smell. Today I had the pleasure of running into an employee who still believes that improperly wearing a cloth mask will help her avoid a virus that no longer exists. As if that wasn't bad enough her preferred method of speech was whispering so everything had to be repeated 3 times. I then asked her to put the unit number of the residence the package was being shipped to and the price went up 6$. When I said don't worry about the unit she said "well the price won't go down" after she quoted the lower price 10 seconds earlier. After convincing her that pricing strategy was unacceptable she caved in and found the earlier price. Yet another example of someone who believes scheduling an overpriced shipment is a 6 figure position.

I was lucky to find a clerk Who is very helpful, knew what to do and friendly on top. When my vehicle title had to be mailed back to the insurance company, I did not have the correct envelope that was pre-addressed. She help me find the QR code in an email buried in my inbox. My cell phone email app is still flooded with numerous emails that I couldn't find the correct one for a few minutes! She printed it out The label and put it on a FedEx mailing envelope for me. I was stumbling and not able to do too much, as my right hand and arm it's still in a cast. Voice recognition is what I'm using right now. Easier to do than typing with one finger! I remember coming to this location several years ago. I believe it was a Kinko's back then. Right on transit Road near the Eastern Hills Mall with plenty of parking. There are other services at this location. I found this to be a great experience and will definitely come again.

We have used Fed Ex several times before as a place to pick up wine deliveries but never to sent a package until this past Friday. We had 5 packages to mail and after checking both UPS and USPO we found Fed Ex not only cheaper but faster. After entering the mailing addresses on their app we went in ready to have the shipping labels printed. While in line (2 people ahead of us) a man approach asking what service we needed. When we told him we needed the shipping labels printed from the app, using the QR code he had no idea what we were talking about. He actually said it wasn't a service they offered. Kinda scarey that someone working there had no idea about their app and the services it offered. One star off for that. Luckily the girl at the counter knew exactly what to do. She was very nice and helpful. Sorry I didn't get her name. Otherwise the service was great. Packages dropped off around 5pm and all delivered the next day!

Unprofessional and extremely slow loving staff, not helpful and have failed to correctly send several of my packages. I will never use them again, only UPS or USPS moving forward.

When I order wine by the case online, New York State requires a signature, upon delivery, from someone over 21 and is not "drunk". Because FedEx can only give a window for time of delivery, I opt to have it held at this FedEx location and pick it up on my timetable. This works out great. It's no big deal driving 5 minutes away to pick it up. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always offer to carry the box out to my car and I really appreciate that.
