Ended up getting cams, geared timing, new jugs and pistons done. Prices were good and they helped get all within my budget. My friends are blown away by the performance of my road king. From beginning to end I cannot speak highly enough of their support and quality of craftsmanship on parts. If I could give him more than five stars, I would.Services: Delivery

World class work on my 1963 panheads:No-lead valve seats, over size valves, unshrouded the ports. beautiful media blast job, quality brand name components, fair price. Craig has work sent in from around the world. Like all good shops there is a waiting line for service, but worth the wait (reluctantly, 4 stars).

I have been riding since 1976 but my first Harley was a new 1980 Tour Glide. Back in those days I did not have enough money to do performance work but I rode the hell out of that bike up and down the east coast, 36,000 miles by the time I put it away at the end of the season 1981. The Sifton "440" was a favorite of the techs at Warren Harley Davidson in Warren OH.That bike was stolen and my ex and I moved to Maryland and life went on but that was my last Sovelhead until I purchased a 1983 FLH 4-speed a couple years ago. I retired and decided to sell Harleys at Frederick H-D. Among other things one of things I did was install a set of velva touch lifters that left me with choosing a evo cam. I tried a number of evo cams but nothing clicked. That is what lead me to Black Widow cams and the ability to build me a Sifton "440" on EVO base circles. He literally made me a unique 'one of'' cam Once I got everything set to the correct compression This bike has all the torque I could ever ask for a heavy weight bike. As long as I am above 45 MPH I never have to downshift for any hill. I am still puzzled how this cam can do what it does when looking at the numbers!Very Happy with the service!Walter Roman

After long hours researching cam designs for my softail, talking to engine builders, etc., it came down to Black Widow Cams and one other. I called the 'Big Name' company first and was basically told "This is what you want". No questions, no explanation. So I called Craig, He said he was busy at the moment and could he call me that evening when he had more time. When he called we just talked. Some bench racing, politics, you name it. Then he asked me what I weighed, did I ride 1 up or 2, what ignition, exhaust, etc. I'm a big guy that rides tank to tank long trips, so I want reliable. I also don't need to go 130-140mph anymore, but if I'm in traffic or a situation occurs, I want to be able to twist it and get outta the way. Bottom line torque vs HP. After explaining my wants and riding style, Craig suggested he would custom ground a set of cams to move the power band where he thought best for my riding style and setup. I couldn't be happier with the results. If you're looking for an expert at getting the performance you want from your scooter, look no further. Craig is the man!Service: Engine repair

I have run Crazy Horse Black Widow CAMS in the last two bikes I have owned. The twin cam 2006 88 and 2017 103 were both upgraded with Black Widow CAMS along with other performance upgrades. The CAM selection, map recommendation, and new value train components were recommended by Craig. The performance increases of both bikes were excellent while balancing dependablity.I am working on a new 1982 shovelhead project and will look to use Crazy Horse CAMS in that bike build. I am confident that Crazy Horse CAMS and some Baisley head work will yield the proformance I have come to expect from my bikes.I recommend Crazy Horse and Black Widow CAMS based in my experiences.

I rebuilt and old evo engine and Craig cut me a perfect cam to go with my fuel and ignition setup. Also did the heads, cylinders, and fitted new pistons. Great work, fast turnaround and a very good price. And the help he gave me in recommendations was priceless. Always took my call and helped me a ton. I highly recommend.Service: Engine repair

This guy intentionally screwed up a cylinder jug I brought him. The jug was already bored and honed and he didn't need to touch the cylinders. I asked him to repair a worn spot where the timing chain guide rests. He said he could do it and I would have it back in a month. Two months later he calls me and says he can't finish the job and to come pick up my part or he is going to throw it in the garbage! I went immediately to pick up the part and found that he had re-honed cylinder #3 so that the cylinder is completely out of spec. I cannot rebore the cylinder because it was already bored to maximum. I am a disabled vet and don't have a ton of money. I now have to purchase a new RARE cylinder jug and start over. Stay as far away from this guy as possible!
