I find it unfortunate that after going to your store every morning for many years, I now must go somewhere else because a gentleman that works in the morning is radical about his religion and forces it down everyone's throat. I am offended by the radical church program played loudly on the radio , as well as being told to have a blessed day. I would like to return to your store but will not until this offensive behavior stops.

BJs is an awesome little store and gift shop. Not a truck stop as listed by some places online, but still a great little fuel station!

Racist place. I was in there to pay for gas the lady was talking about Native Americans so negatively right in front of all ten customers that were present. I'm sure some customers agreed with her but how offensive to hear her talk about another race in a place of work? I'll never go there again..

Poorly maintained card reader at pump, couldn't buy gas. Tried 2 different pumps.

Rude ladie going to ask for my id to buy a two dollar lottery ticket then have an attitude when I didnt want it becuase it was inconvenient for me to walk to the truck and back just for a 2 dollar ticket. Lets not forget all the 9mm casings littering the parking lot...

Went in to prepay gas. They want to authorize my card for $150.00. The lady was very rude. Everyone. Please go get gas at common cents if you want great service and not have your card pre authorized for $150 when you try to prepay inside. I will never set foot in this store again. No wonder they have a 2.8 rating. Rude ladies ruins your business.

This is from a lady in one of my groups. I will never go there just because of the way she was treated. Remember the internet is mighty powerful. Ladies, a lot of you will be out here shortly for Sturgis. I was just at this gas station for the first time ever. While there l got a conference call for a nonprofit group l volunteer with. I moved away from the pumps for the call and there was very little business. Staff told me to move. I explained l was on a conference call and backed into a parking space. Not once during all this did l even start my bike. Staff then called cops. That was the extent of my conversation with staff. I had to disconnect from my phone call to leave. Give them a negative review on their FB page and don’t support them while you are out here in a couple weeks. Cops never showed while l sat in the parking lot next door.
