When I messed up my axel I came straight to luke repair! They were pleased to help me with my situation. They were very kind, especially that short one. I could tell by the tone of their voice they were here to help me feel safe. This family is a 10/10 and would go there again when I’m back in the state. Go there for great buisness with food, fishing supplies, and even a fishing and hunting license!

We were so lucky to find someone at the shop on a Saturday when our trailer tire was constantly deflating during our trip. The mechanic wasn't around, but the bookkeeper/wife was and we were able to get the parts we needed to make the repair and get back on the road. She was extremely helpful, going above and beyond. Amazing people and great service. We thank you!

I gave this guy some business over the years and I stopped some time back when he started having inconsistencies in pricing for labor he did on things. Like, today it would be $10 and next month would be $35. This annoys me. I guess I am not the only one he did this to. That would not garner a one star review however. The one star review is because he used to own a tow business and the City of Springfield would have him go onto peoples properties and steal their vehicles. Then when those people would try to reason with him he would charge them astronomical amounts to get their cars back, or he would get to keep the cars. It gets worse however. He would be one of the "concerned citizens" of Springfield going and complaining to city officials so they would in some cases have to look into the cars on properties. Imagine that for a second? If you own a tow business then you see an old vehicle you want because you know you could salvage the car for a couple grand so you put in a call to a cop or city council member so then they have you go take the car and worse case scenario you are going to milk the person for over $200 and on the upside you get the whole car to do what you like with it. If people didnt pay him he would threaten to go onto their property to steal old cars they have. (IF you would like proof of this I have video.) Well I found it rather convenient that after I pointed out that doing that is a class 2 misdemeanor in this state he very abruptly sold his tow business. See for yourself: 32-36-4.1. look that SDCL up. So, if he stole your car or showed up at your home to take your car on behalf of the city of Springfield where is the order from a court? You as a tenant or landowner where your car was located and he took it and didn't show you any order from a court or signed permission note from your land lord he is guilty of a crime. So, what was the reason that so many of these cars had to be stolen by this man on behalf of the City of Springfield? Expired tags or missing tags/plates on cars. What I find so hypocritical in all of this is he always has about a half dozen cars parked on City property not his business property but City property and almost all of them dont even have plates..... So let that sink in for a second..... Your car gets stolen by this guy and you dont have the money or the patience to go get it from him. Then he ends up owning it. So he moves it curbside by his business with no plates on it and he gets to benefit from your misfortune. He also has no personality if you walk in his business he is like yeah? What do you want? Fun fact for you: This guy is the President of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce. If you lived here you wouldn't be surprised by this.
