Saw Dr. Roster for acupuncture for our two 11 year old terriers. There's no other word but miraculous for how much her treatments have helped both of them. Their energy and their comfort doing all their "terrier tasks" - jumping, barking, chasing - is back! If you have a pet who appears to be in pain, RUN don't walk to see Dr. Roster. Your pet will thank you!

DISCRIMINATIONLACK OF CARERUDE EMPLOYEESWhen I had taken my dog he's an American Bully to this clinic I was not given services. I was told that I had to come back with him sedated. My dog had barked because of his anxiety, what dogs dont bark in stressful situations? She had given me a list of things going on with him but didn't address how we can fix them at the time but address one issue then the root which i agreed with. i was charged a full examination even though she wouldnt even touch my dog. he would lay down and chill while we talked absolutely no reason not to give him an examine. my largest concern was a bump on his side she wouldnt even look at. she had said is there somewhere in town you can take him to have it removed i had voiced i wanted to start coming here as my regular vet. i thought it was odd she was pushing my business out the door. i decided to get it removed with them and drive to spencer so she could do a full examin also, this procedure was cancelled twice on the day of they had an emergency call and said we could come but wed have to hurry before the other dog got there - i had voiced no i dont feel hes given the full attention he needs- she said we still come but dont know for sure if we would be seen that day and we live an hour away.there was no professionalism. if you cancel the surgery as a business should be inclined to work us in either by working overtime or however to make it right with the customer. there was never a gaurentee that my dog would have been looked at so we are just going to sit in your waiting room for hours upon hours i mean how does that makes sense or have any sort of professional logic. it seems to me my dog was not going to be giving good treatment by this clinic so i scheduled with another vet because Windhorse had pushed his surgery out by 4 weeks from original date! i had called to cancel the appointment and voiced my concern of the lack of care and lack of professionalism the tech continued to argue with me and intrupt everytime i had spoke and randomly throughout that the other vets had labelled him as a "bite risk"- i checked with all the other vet clinics no such report is made on his profile and i was told by all of them i would have been notified if such mark would have been made - my dog has never bite anyone! hes been attacked by 3 dogs all smaller than him, never touched them especially did not bite them as he was being bitten by small dogs that easily could have died if my dog was aggressive. it seems to me this clinic has little experience with dogs nor has any sort of professionalism. i had wanted to keep going to bring my cat in for chiropractic care but the tech said they would have to discuss if they would continue serving us and i had asked why and she had said because i wasnt happy with their care or services for my dog - ah yeah duh doesnt mean im not satisfied with the treatment my cat has been getting. completely shoving me out the door. this clinic has rude technicans and judgement all around. if you are a vet you should easily be trained to work with anxious dogs and not judge and cap them in such a category just because it fits a horrible oppressing sterotype. i was not being heard or seen by this clinic and the tech did not care what i had to say and how i was concerned for the level of unprofessionalism and care. absolutely horrified by the discrimination and oppression this clinic has. just wow. clearly the business isnt going to go far if there is no customer service ethic. ive been in the customor care industry for over a decade this gets a zero rating on customer care and negative rating for client care like my dog needs help and you refuse to help him. messed up!

The techs here and so rude and disrespectful. the vet likes to discriminate against American bullies/pit bulls. My dog did nothing wrong and she refused to touch him, rescheduled us twice and lied to us all because she didn’t want to deal with us. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Our terrier Two Step is positively transformed after one acupuncture treatment. I don’t have enough words of praise to convey how I feel seeing Miss 2E … well, acting like a terrier again. Truly makes my heart sing! I wish I’d have tried sooner, but now that I know, there’s a standing appointment for all my pets going forward!

I called and was able to get an appointment in Sioux Falls within a week (they rotate between Sioux Falls and Spencer SD). My 4 yr old Boarder Collie refused to jump into my jeep or onto anything high (actions she had done previously no problem) Dr. Roster was able to determine on the first visit that my dog had 3 ribs out of alignment and hips out of place. With some gentle alignment my girl was calm and was able to load up in my vehicle to come home. They were so sweet and helped my dog feel calm before her adjustment. We left with a plan to do a revisit only if my dog continued to act as if she were in pain and they did not demand I continue to come time and time again. I will be recommending this business to anyone that asks. Worth Every Penny!

Dr. Teresa is awesome with animals. My horse is a different animal since she did chiropractic work on him.

Dropped everything to help out little dachshund Chester. She has such a kind and caring way with animals. I love how she treats the patient with medical as well as holistic treatment. Simply the best
