Today me and my husband stopped here to use the restrooms and while waiting we had an employee come up to us and put their hands on us (not assault) but asked him to not touch us. We immediately went to the front counter just to be told “Guest Services is closed” in the worst attitude by an employee (manager) so we asked to speak to a manager, again in a rude attitude he goes “I am the manager” and so we explain what just happened with one of the employees. He said that he was having a hard time understanding and we again had to tell what happened. A witness saw what happened to us and tried to explain to him as well. Very unprofessional and terrifying experience.

We’re just traveling through the area but I can assure you we’d never shop at this store again. We were there tonight (29 June @ 6:30 pm). The deli was closed which we learned too late (should have read the reviews) is a common problem but that wasn’t the worst of it. Garbage outside all over the parking lot and the inside of the store isn’t much better. Most of the produce was in such bad condition that it seemed they are selling culls but for the price of first pick fruits and veggies. The topper for us was when we went to the seafood counter and asked the young man to cut a piece of salmon for us. We prefer the tail section but he kept trying to get us to buy the precut pieces that are the center. He really gave us a bit of an attitude when my husband explained what we wanted and insisted that he cut it. We took a half of the large filet so there was plenty left to package and sell to another customer. His attitude was that of someone who just didn’t care to do their job. Whatever happened to the customer getting what they want and are willing to pay for???
We love Albertsons and shop at them whenever we can….Safeway, owned by them, is obviously their discount, cheap, Dollar Store version. Won’t be shopping at another Safeway as we can see they are the stepchild of the Albertsons brand.

I often shop here since I live near by, but the staff is wildly unprofessional. I had an incident that happened and asked to be contacted by the district manager. Months and months later no one ever got back to me. An employee asked my daughter to stop helping me put my card in and push the buttons because it was annoying her. She then said my daughter (who is 2 mind you) is the reason why EBT paying customers cards aren’t working, then told me I was just another dumb lady who doesn’t really shop there, just likes to get my Starbucks as I was buying $200 in groceries… I left crying.

I thought it would be bigger. I liked the different meat choices like the ready to cook, marinated meats.

They act like they give you deals but the deals don't even exist cost $8 for two 2 big pops worst place I've ever been to cost half that amount in Walmart.

Don’t know why they even have a deli since it’s NEVER open! I used to love this place but in the past couple years it’s gotten extremely frustrating shopping there. The app says chicken, hot food and deli are available after 10am but it’s never open. I could go at 5pm on a Friday or Saturday and it’s all closed up. There’s no rhyme or reason to when it’s actually open or not. Corporate really needs to do something about this store!

Very great options of food and usually not too busy, also the baked goods are delicious and have a varied assortment to choose from. The toiletries were also very quality for the price and easy to find with my limited comprehension. Staff are always nice too. I very much recommend coming here, especially if you are anywhere nearby the store.

This Safeway has really gone downhill the last year or more. If you don't shop the deli or bakery at just the right time, everything is picked over and sold out with no re-stocking. The produce used to be super and now it's dismal. Went a couple of days ago to buy ground beef and left empty-handed. Only a few packages on shelf of varied quality and poorly packaged. The floor along the meat department was sticky with partially dried blood and who knows what else all over. Made me gag - disgusting! Short of the pharmacy when needed, that was my last time in this Safeway.
