I always stay here when I’m traveling through. It has always been clean, the parking area safe, and never an issue with my reservations.

Rooms were super nice until I noticed flying bugs and possibly bed bugs in the window and on the shades… I reported to the front desk but nothing was done… I checked my bed and everything and nothing on the bed but once in a while I would kill one on the lamp shade or crawling on the bed… please take care of this issue!!

First off when we get there our room was not made and the sheets were all over the floor so we received a new room which had not toilet paper and the pillows smell like oily hair. I had to get new pillow slips to cover the ones on the bed already. The hot tub jets did not either. Breakfast was average and the service was about the same. I would not sit on the furniture as you can see why by the photo of the chair. It took over 6 hours for the room to cool down for us to even be comfortable because our room faced the evening sun and the air was turned off when we got there. The halls and lobby looked much better than the rooms themselves. For 250.00 a night I would expect much better than this. It was more like a 100.00 a night stay.

Standard Hampton Inn. Somewhat more limited breakfast options than others but still sufficient. Rooms were clean and typical quality for the chain. Friendly staff.

Our destination was belle fourche, but we decide to drive a few more miles to get I supposably better hotel, we called in advance to the Hampton inn to make sure they had a room available for us, while also asking if they allowed dogs, they said yes. But they would not hold the room unless we left a card number. upon checking in, they told us they only had the handicap room left, and the pet fee was $100dlls, they failed to mention all this on the phone when booking. After a long trip and cranky kids we thought to just keep a positive attitude and just go with it. Once entering the room, it looked as if they didn’t do a good job cleaning; the handicap handle in the bathroom was falling out of the wall, leaving drywall dust on the floor, the lower towel rack on the bathroom door was also falling off, then I moved a few things over a bit to help me and my family be a little more comfortable and I found a blue pill on the floor, (Makes me wonder how long it’s been there for) thank goodness my littlest one didn’t find it 1st. I went to the front desk to let them know all this, and ask them if they could get the room cleaned up a little better, the man assisting gave off a rude and unhelpful attitude saying “there Is nothing he could do until the morning, and that I would have to talk to the manager in the morning”.
Returning to the room trying to stay positive we find the shower head had water spraying out of the sides when on, while the blind controller was malfunctioning.
The saying goes “you get what you pay for”
But For a $250 dollars for 1 night, I’m very disappointed, and I hope they get that room fixed up before someone who needs the handicap handles stays in there.
Rooms: Could be cleaned better.

This hotel is NOT Hilton quality. Staff that checked us in was not friendly. Gave us a room that was not cleaned yet. So back down to front desk to get a different room. Staff person in back room on cell phone. Came out, told her the problem, she said No, it should be cleaned. Told her, No, it wasn't. She gave us a different room. No conversation, no apology, nothing. I'm a business traveler. The next morning, I asked at the front desk where the business center was so that I could print some documents. Was told the computers were "under maintenance" but I could just send them to him [the staff person/possibly the owner] and he would print. I said no, not possible, they are business documents with confidential information. Just so unprofessional and dismissive of the need for access to a business center. I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past six years. It has gone down in quality, and this is my absolute LAST time staying here.

Just called to book a room for me and my dog. I don’t mind paying a fee for my dog but $75 is absolutely ridiculous and nothing more than a greedy rip off attempt for a 5 year old boxer that is housebroken and very well trained and behaved. I’ll NEVER stay at this particular Hampton Inn, I’m an Honors member and stay at Hampton all over the country and I’ve NEVER heard such an obscene amount for a pet. Ridiculous…

My husband and I have been very happy with our stay here. Slept extremely well in our comfy bed and clean room. Friendly staff too! Zero complaints except for the eggs have been waterlogged for breakfast but waffle’s are so yummy! Great place to stay.

Most would think with this being a Hampton hotel that it would be a nice clean hotel but that was not our experience. First day we arrive and the room was absolutely freezing. It was 14 degrees outside and ide bet that's what the room was too. No reason the heat shouldn't be on in the rooms when its winter in SD. The heat in the pool is also "broken" and its eventually gonna be fixed. Not entirely sure I would believe that though. Our room floor was not vacuumed. Had dead flies on our bed. The fitted bed sheets didn't fit our queen sized beds and low and behold the mattresses are stained and disgusting. The bath tub doesn't properly drain so there is a nasty water stain in the bathtub. Its obvious the owner/manager of this hotel is trying to operate this place as cheap as possible. Stear clear of this location.

I am pleased with my stay. The king bed was comfortable, the room has its own thermostat on the wall that controls the ac/heat unit, nice staff. Way nicer than the holiday Inn across the street.

The room was very nice, but there has been nothing but COMPLICATIONS with our stay for a wedding. Rooms were being magically cancelled, they removed our stuff from a room and put someone else in there even though we had a receipt saying we booked it for 2 nights, we booked the rooms over a year in advance and got charged the normal rate instead of the block rate for the wedding party, they tried saying that we booked through Expedia when we called and booked directly with them, the manager refused to work with us and basically dismissed us, and we were done. I will never recommend this place to anyone, especially for weddings because good luck. The bride said to us that it was a nightmare booking and blocking rooms and she could never get a straight answer. The staff seemed like they had no idea what was going on and we will never be staying there again. Good luck to the next wedding who thinks about booking with them, because I sure as hell wouldn’t.Noteworthy details: Nightmare management, don’t book for a wedding.

Not much to say here. Forget about any Hilton status you have. This is a bottom tier Hampton Inn.
