There are multiple class times to choose from so all I have to do is show up and everything is planned for me. At Barefoot you’ll see members of all ages and skill levels doing the workouts and challenging themselves with the help of fantastic instructors. I never find myself watching the clock to see when the class will be over and always leave feeling good!”
