Loved this location. Derrick is the nicest. Very knowledgeable. I am from out of state doing a road trip. He ordered my tires on Saturday morning and they were installed by early Tuesday afternoon. Would definitely recommend this location.

They charged me to balance 4 tires, but only balanced 2. The boss is rude, he called me a liar, even though the service manager verified that they charged me for work that they didn't do. Don't take your car here, unless you like getting ripped off.

Called these guys around 5 PM on a Friday, their closing time. The answered & helped us out with 4 tires the following morning at 7:30 AM! We are from Salt Lake and needed to head all the way home that day. They were courteous, prompt and charged us a very fair price for all 4 tires on an Escalade. I highly recommend Great Western Tire if you're up around Spearfish.

I was a little disappointed with my service today. Granted, it was not a straight forward repair. I made an appt for today last week and described the service I needed. Basically, test two serpentine belts for the best fit because the current one was too short and bypassed the tension pulley. SCREECH! Arrived for my appt and reminded them of todays mission. I added a small request. Please look at and adjust the hose clamp that is very close to the serpentine belt. They fitted the serpentine belt and i drove to my campsite happy as a bug! No more SCREECH! When I opend the hood for some other maintenance, I noticed the hose clamp. It was still very close to the serpentine belt! So, I grabbed my emergency box of hose clamps, cut it down to sixe and installed it myself. I did pay $75 for the installation of the serpenting belt. He had said when the appt was made, it was a 30 min job. I know that you pay for the whole hour so fix the hose clamp as requested. Not sure about returning...

Called to have a flat repaired. They responded quickly and had the tire fixed and ready to get back on the road. Cost was reasonable. Staff was competent and friendly. Thanks again

These guys are wonderful. I had to get four new tires and they got it done quick. I had a blowout on the interstate. So I was lucky they could help me out. No appointment, they handled it with respect.
