The owner should know that the employees are outside smoking and not at a register. So you have to go outside to ask to be rang up.

Decent store, but lately has had a sign stating closed due to maintenance issues. My family and I went there the other day and as usual,for the past month, the lights on people are inside and the doors are locked but this time just as we got out to check the door a lady came out and locked the door ignoring us and walked over to a group of people at a vehicle to talk and laugh so we left. Incredibly rude.

Highly upset with this store I tried to come in on Saturday August 13th around 5:30 p.m. and the store was completely locked, all lights on, no one's there, no sign on the door stating someone will be right back or how long they'd be gone let alone a close sign. There was a four-door white Jeep in the parking lot possible employee (not sure though) but if they were "an employee" they couldn't even let me or another customer know that the store was closed just got in their car and left. The store hours say they're open until 9:00 tried to call the store all it did was Ring no answering machine..... I probably won't be coming back!

Great manager! That store is the best in black hills. Customer service is absolutely great and you can tell that it starts with the example the Manager sets.
