Well, I have nothing nice to say about this business. We rented a Bobcat for a week. We only used it for about 6 hours. It was delivered to our location, and as my husband started using it, he discovered it to be very under powered. A couple of times he got a warning light stating it could only be operated at half power, due to low hydraulic fluid. We called and told them, they came and picked it up right away. When they got it back to the rental shop, they claimed they were unable to recreate the codes, or the warning. They charged us for delivery and pick up, both ways, both times, and for one day usage. It ended up costing 826.00 for 6 hours of trying to use it. It did not perform the way a good Bobcat should. When we spoke to the owner he was more concerned about the scratches on his brand new RENTAL Bobcat. I don't know what he thought we were going to use it for. Driving it up and down the highway? My advice for anyone needing to rent a Bobcat or any kind of equipment is go someplace else. Where they are not worried about scratches on a piece of equipment that is designed for rough work.
