We hit a deer just inside South Dakota. Towed to these guys. We live 780 miles from them. They had it ready for us when we got there. Nice people, great work.

Backing crash. I was not expecting a perfect repair due to the damage. Fitment of the trunk lid was going to be an issue due to damage but I was expecting part replacement and paint to be perfect. Communication was great! It took months to get in due to waiting hail damage but that was OK.
I go to replace a license plate bulb and see all these little details that would have never left the dealership or bodyshop I worked at. Epoxy on the body panels, cracked parts reused, paint rubbed through, touch up paint where a tail lamp was forced into place. Super disappointed with quality.

We were tourists up for The Black Hills Rally on the way to Deadwood when a three wheeler on a demo ride crossed into our lane causing a head on collision and $27,000 in damage to our only vehicle!Our insurance gave my wife three choices in the area. My wife looked up collision repair and found 5 star reviews for Black Hills. Beau and Michael own Black Hills. She dealt mostly with Beau. Having dealt with auto body places for 45 years, we were anxious. Especially considering we are from Texas, our Armada was stuck in Spearfish and the pandemic with it's supply chain problems.We have NEVER had such an exemplary positive experience with a collision repair shop! Beau was over the top informative and responsive. He called us with updates all the way to the end and after. Great experience! Insurance pretty much took care of everything but I got my vehicle back quickly, I received text message updates and the interior was cleaned up. The job looks great snd I would recommend this shop for your bodywork needs.
