Abnormal failure; loss of coolant - no external leaks - not a head gasket. They found major clogging on the radiator, removed, cleaned, & got us back on the road in 2 days during Sturgis! I watched multiple people come in & out with their vehicles & the 3 men worked hard through them all while maintaining professionalism & most of all being NICE. If I didn’t live 1,900 miles away they would be my go to shop! Highly recommend.”
“About 10 days before I got my vehicle to the Auto Doctor, I was in Eau Claire, WI, and had some work done at the Ford dealership there. By the time I arrived in Spearfish my engine was idling very hard, the oil light was coming on when I came to a stop, and the temp gauge read as hot as it'd go.Talked to Dale and he checked out my Transit Connect. I've held off on my review until now and I'm pleased to say what a great job yall did on my van!!!She purrs smoothly when idling. No more overheating. She has pick up she's lacked and missed after the Ford dealership. My gas mileage is back at 29 to 30mpg.You guys were very well worth the wait.Thank you sirs!!!!”

“I never write reviews. My truck rolled in to the shop belching white smoke and a messy mixture of transmission fluid / oil out the bottom. Terry came out during a blizzard last week, crawled under my truck, and had a solution on order within 10 minutes. Guy gave me a ride home, fixed it at a reasonable cost, and just generally did a great job. Brought her back from the dead and I’m super thankful because I love that truck.”

I called everyone within 10 miles of Deadwood, SD that was open and no one but the young man at Williams 66 in Spearfish would agree to stay open and plug my tire. “Wij hebben een huur auto, de wagen gaf aan dat de banden afgingen. Er zat iets in de voorste band, maar een geluk dat we naar de banden centrale gingen, want bij het nakijken van de rest kwamen ze erachter dat je de koord zag bij de achterste er moesten 2 nieuwe banden op, zij hebben alles geregeld met verhuur firma aangezien het niet oké was. Zeer tevreden hoe ze ons hebben verder geholpen.”

“I have a next door neighbor that needed to borrow a utility trailer. They had to be in Denver to pickup a piece of medical equipment on very short notice. Now my trailer needed some serious attention, and I was extremely reluctant to let them borrow it without some repairs done to it.They brought the trailer down to John at 7:00 am with no prior appointment. He had the wheel bearings packed, tires replaced and fixed faulty wiring to make the blinkers work again. They were on the road by noon that same day! I can't say enough good things about this place. I would highly recommend!!!”

“I got an email about a download, for my 2023 Envision, that had to be accomplished at a dealer. I called White's Queen City and they got me in the same day. We decided to wait for the download, which took about an hour, didn't have to pay anything and got a car wash along with it. Can't beat business like that. White's has always done good work on our cars and usually without to much delay. I recommend White's Queen City.”
