“Took my car to Walmart for a new battery cuz it was cheaper but. Then the car wouldn't start a week later so ended up getting a charge and taking it to Auto Zone. These guys found the problem that walmart had caused, a loose cable to the right post and fixed it up with a shim. Manager there was awesome.”

“To the best dealership and workers, hands down! I want to start off by saying if I could give Juneks 6 stars I would, I purposely drive to Juneks from Rapid City for their professionalism and experience . I have lived in 6 different states across the U.S and I have NEVER experienced a business that cares like Juneks and their team about treating the customer amazing and easing a difficult vehicle situation. My jeep had extensive electric issues and they gave me updates on the status and worked with the extended warranty company on cost coverage and rentals. I want to give a special thanks to the two service writers, Troy and Rich and the Shop Foreman Chris. I am a mechanic myself and at no point in time did I lose faith in the electric issues not getting repaired due to the three gentleman above. They worked rigorously troubleshooting, implementing a star case and truly explaining in detail any issues and progress so forth. I wish the world had more people like Troy, Rich and Chris. Thanks for everything and it was a pleasure working with you, Juneks is my dealership for life!
