I didn't have an issue until at 6 months after buying the ring. We went in for our first ring cleaning. The guys at the store "recentered" my diamond. My fiance was the one that went in, I was not there. As soon as I put the ring on, I noticed how messed up it was. It is loose as well, upsetting to have it ruined so quickly. To have such a new ring and spend thousands of dollars. I expected my ring to be straight and stay that way.
If the guy cannot actually do ring "recentering". He shouldn't be able to touch the rings and just send them out. I'm starting to feel like I made a mistake going to Zales for our engagement rings. If you go to Riddles, they have an actual certified jewler there.
I will never recommend anyone to ever buy a ring at Zales.

My ring broke after six months from washing a Libbey drinking glass, a glass brand that I will now buy for life for their durability, I go into Zales and they say “oh yeah tungsten does that you must have hit it just right. Sorry you don’t have a warranty so you’ll have to buy a new one for $200.”
I leave and go over to Ashcroft and Oak, they have been nothing short of amazing for my wife’s ring, and not only do they carry the literal same product line, but they also said that Triton, the exact brand will just fix rings that are sent in to them, for a small fee especially when compared to buying a new ring outright. Zales Seriously? You guys need to rethink how you incentivize your employees, unless you hire commission chasing sleaze bags on purpose. Lost a customer and gained a hater.

They have been amazing to work with! My ring was unable to be repair and they helped me through everything with getting a replacement picked out. Love my new ring :)
