Stay away from RXO! They will short your pay and not give you the full agreed upon amount . Try to get it resolved and they don't answer the phone.dont answer emails. Now will file on their bond!

My husband and I ordered a Peloton Tread that was supposed to be delivered by XPO. The confirmation email said that it would be delivered today between 8-11am. My husband is a small business owner and didn't schedule any appointments today so he could receive the delivery. By 11am, XPO delivery had not called with the 30 minute delivery window so he reached out to XPO. He was told that the delivery was now scheduled for Wednesday, 24 hours past what was confirmed. When he explained why that didn't work he asked that the delivery team call him and the representative said they would do that. Four hours passed and the delivery team did not call so he called back and got the run around from the representative who had no explanation for the delay and they refused to take accountability for this major error. We will be filing a complaint with Peloton about this company and would recommend no other business use them.

They no showed 4 times after leaving a half assembled treadmill in my house. No one returns calls or seems to care what a poor example they are to the service industry. Shocked they can actually remain in business.

Have had a few items delivered by this company. First encounter was appliance delivery. Paid extra to have the appliances unboxed and placed in the kitchen and the boxes removed. When delivery people arrived they very quickly dropped the kitchen appliance suite in our living room and left us to do everything else. Last time they delivered a bed. Again, was white glove delivery which included set up and haul away of garbage. Again, delivery people dumped everything in our living room and left us to do the rest. Beyond that, calling the Omaha hub was impossible to set up delivery. I called five different occasions with “zero calls ahead” of me and waited on hold for 20 minutes with no one answering. Had to call corporate to get the delivery set up.

Complete joke of a company. Called me to set up a specific time and date for my delivery. Took time off of work, they never delivered the package. When I called them to ask why, they assured me they never said they'd deliver the package on that date. I had 2 phone calls and an email trail confirming that delivery date. Customer service is incredibly rude, when I asked the customer service rep to verify they had my correct email on file he was almost offended and it was like pulling teeth to get him to read it back to me, he just simply didnt want to.

Another upset costco customer. 1. They do not communicate, they use a call center overseas and you cannot understand them. 2. Scheduled delivery a week ago and now the "truck" is full. This company is a scam, guessing another company pays more for their freight so my item is the first to get bumped off.

Canceled our original delivery date because it was damaged so exchanged it. Just canceled again a few days ago because "they didnt have a driver available". The next available date is the 12th of January. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order anything from CostCo that requires freight shipping. They will just go out of business like LME did and I could careless. It means something that the majority of reviews are 1 star and that being the case they should get the hint and do better.

Zero stars, what a joke company, the just don't get it. Customer service is the worst. We have to be called before delivery to make sure someone is around to sign and help unload, XPO staff just don't understand that concept.USE ANOTHER TRUCKING COMPANY!!!!!!

This company is a complete joke! You are better off getting a delivery by horse and buggy than using these incompetent people. I have chased a package around this country for five weeks and finally got an email to schedule a delivery...the number they left is not even operational. There is utter confusion and merchandise gets put on the wrong trucks. My package needed to be delivered three hours away from it's starting point, ended up 30 hours away where it sat on a dock for three weeks. Unbelievable! Run away from this delivery option!
