If you don't find anything, come back in a week or two. Inventory quickly changes! I live about 45 min from the store so don't get there as frequently as I'd like.”

“Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Gave them 4 stars as their sales aren't as amazing as they used to be. I'd also like to note that their website for cardholders needs a LOT of work. I've been a Kohl's customer for 20 years, hadn't used my card in forever and decided to reregister and buy my kids some clothes. I attempted to pay my first payment on the due date and the site literally wouldn't let me mark the payment for the due date. Kind of more of the same with the second payment. I tried to pay that one a couple days early and that payment did work either. I ended up paying the $230 balance and I haven't been back since.”

“I only buy work shoes at Skechers. I won't speak to the quality of the shoes, because the employees don't have control over that. I will say that every single employee I encountered was helpful, happy, and kind. From the moment I walked in the door, every employee asked if I was finding everything okay, if I needed help, or if they could help me with anything. But they never did it in an annoying way. Just doing their rounds, if you will.This store always has the BOGO 50% off sale. The employees made sure to let me and other customers know exactly what was included in the sale. This seems so small, but it saves so many headaches at the register. I am sure people have made it up to the register with items that don't qualify and have given the employees a hard time about it. This proactive measure ensures customers and employees aren't dealing with that frustration at the register.I ended up needing to exchange a pair of shoes that I had purchased. I came back the next day and was greeted and treated the same as the day before. There were no issues with the exchange.Management should be so pleased with the service these employees provide. Working retail definitely isn't for everyone, but these staff members do it with a smile. Awesome job!”
