Very disappointed with this company. After being with them for over 2 years I got switched to Safeco and suddently my insurance premium more than doubled without any reason - no claims or credit history changes. A friend told me about insurance through Costco and I got coverage for less than half the amount that I was quoted by them.
Update 8/30/2024:
In response to the explanation that "market changes and underwriting guidelines can affect premiums"...
I understand that at times some insurance companies may changes their underwriting guidelines. However as my independent insurance agent, you did not shop around with other insurance companies for a better rate on my behalf and instead tried to sell me the "more-than-doubled" new premium that was clearly unjustified.

Levi is a great guy. He was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions . He helped me get a good bundle for my home and car insurance .

Trent is a guy who I can trust and can answer any questions I have no matter the time of day. Always goes above and beyond to help out when needed. He even helped me to install a garage door! Name another agent that would do that.

Wilcoxon Insurance is the best hands down!! Competitive rates and the best staff! Jen is my agent and I can tell you I have never had an insurance agent like her before! She constantly is watching our rates and shops to get us the lowest rate possible! Most insurance companies just renew at current rates or more. This is one of my favorite experiences with them is they watch out for their customers and make sure we aren't paying more than we should be! As a customer of Jens for 15+ years I will never go elsewhere and highly recommend them for your insurance needs!!

My husband and I were interested in getting some quotes on car/home insurance. Wilcoxon Insurance was recommended to us, so we gave them a try. We were so impressed! Working with Trent was a breeze -- he made things so easy for us, and explained our options so well. We adjusted some of our coverage to better suit our needs, and feel as though we got great premiums! Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. We truly feel as though Wilcoxon is there to support us for many years to come. We wish we would have switched to them years ago! Highly recommend Trent and his staff!
