“Only my third time visiting Costco but I think I'll stick to Sam's. Prices are higher. No "scan and go". Line too long for self checkout so we went to a regular line. Checker was rude and unwelcoming. Won't go again. Plan to call and cancel my membership.”

“What's not to love about Costco? Glad that there's one in this city, as there aren't really any west of here for a while. Gas is cheap, as is everything in the store relative to the outside world. Picked up a pair of jogger pants and herbed almonds, yum! The churro I got was also fantastic as it was crunchy outside and soft inside, warm still. Great produce, great selection, also hooray for samples!”

“We shop at Sam's a lot. Maybe 2-3 times a month. I've always been pretty happy with the selections as well as the quality. Lately we had been using the grocery pickup and that was wonderful when they first started. But the last few times we haven't been very impressed with the service end of the deal. Groceries used to be carted out to our van, loaded up and a receipt was handed to us. The last few times they've pushed the cart out, asked my name then left it all sit and walked away. I'm not sure if that's the way it's supposed to go but it's definitely not the friendly and thorough service we had been getting. We now just go in and get our own stuff. Which is good for my wallet because we shop way less frequently and we don't buy as much because we don't have time to peruse every aisle as I would have using the app. Either way we do enjoy Sams and will continue to keep our membership current. Oh and don't forget the gas discount!”

“I'm from a different state and I don't live in Sioux Falls. This is by far the busiest Sam's Club I've ever been to. and it's a lot bigger than the one I have in my hometown. I went here on a Saturday afternoon during Super Bowl weekend, and it was amazing how many people were shopping in this store. We were able to get our cart full of items and had to wait in the checkout line about 5 minutes, but it all seemed to work out for us. The drive to the parking lot gets very busy and congested. We also got gas at the Sam's Club gas station, and we also had to wait behind a couple of cars, but it was the cheapest gas in town. I like the store. For me, I would probably avoid going on Saturday afternoon in the future, but I have nothing bad to say about this store.”

“The set up for this gas station is very convenient. It's off in the corner of the lot. So, you only have one driveway for the warehouse shoppers. Even at it's most congested times, I have never struggled with being in or out.”
