If I could give ZERO stars it would be more appropriate! Months ago, WF starting sending my mail to the wrong address (after a decade of having the same address). I went to the branch bank to correct it, multiple times, but WF corporate changed it back repeatedly to the wrong address. This has now gone on for months, all the way through complaints up to a Better Business Bureau investigation. They have taken ZERO responsibility for it, and today stated that they could "...send mail to whatever address they wanted, per their policy". They have ZERO concern for the customer and have made ZERO effort to make sure my banking information is safe. I never chose this awful bank, they bought out a local bank where I had accounts, but the only choice I have now is to get out before my information is stolen. This is the worst customer service, of any business, EVER.

Don't do business with this bank. I was just embroiled in a scam that was not my fault and they refuse to refund my money although under the law, they have a fiduciary duty to do so! They have no ethics whatsoever! I had been banking with them for 40 years without ever bouncing a check or having a negative balance and this is my payback! Do your research! They have lots of complaints against them that are totally legitimate!

Couldent agree more with the last poster. We are reviewing this location. I am a very paticent person. Mabye i just was frustrated with the people in line ahead of me who were taking Forever counting change and stuff. However there was only 1 teller working so that is a staffing issue that needs to be hammered out ASAP. Because waiting 25 mimutes to get a roll of quarters is unsat.

The absolutely most corrupt banking corporation. They foreclose on homeowners and then try to get them to do banking with them again. The definition of insanity is Wells Fargo banking advertising and banking practices.

Closed my account. They require you to keep a $1500 minimum that pays next to nothing in interest. The final straw was when they would not notarize a simple will. No wonder this bank is losing customers.

GRANDMOTHER ARRESTED FOR TRYING TO DEPOSIT $400 CASH INTO HER DAUGHTERS ACCOUNT!!!! Yes, it really did happen. On June 6th of this year. My daughter needed to borrow money so that her automatic withdraw would not bounce. I wrote her a check, which she endorsed. She was concerned that the check might be held a couple days to clear, so I suggested that I go to my bank in the morning and then deposit $400 cash into her account, so that the funds would be available right away. Monday morning, I went in with the cash and her deposit slip, that she filled out, and was told they would not accept the deposit. When I asked why the branch manager, Christopher Powell, told me "It's our policy." Even when I asked why, all he would say is "It's our policy". I became angry and raised my voice. I said "So there's nothing I can do to help her?" I explained she would have an overdraft if I didn't deposit the money. Mr. Powell, THE BRANCH MANAGER, said "I guess not." In a very smug voice. He never told me I could deposit a check for her, which I had in my purse. The one she endorsed the day before!!! I did raise my voice, shame on me. Other than saying "this is b********* I never swore, threatened anybody or touched anybody. After saying to me, "Let's take this outside" which I found threatening and refused, he asked me to leave. Instead I sat down, called her to see what I should do. He called the police and told me he would have them escort me out. I went out and sat in my car. Because I was in the parking lot, he had me arrested for "Failure to vacate". The officers even asked if he was sure, and he said "I want her arrested". I'm 54, have NEVER been arrested, haven't even had a speeding ticket in in the last 30 years. I now have an arrest record. They fingerprinted me and took my mug shot. All for trying to help out my daughter, and deposit some cash into her account.

Was closing my account to not do business with these thieves only to be lied to during the process. Jennifer Weber, who is "Personal Banker I" NMLSR ID:1390685 told me no blocks could be put on my account until I finished the process and found out a few days later in the same office by her co-worker Joshua Winselman NMLSR ID:919587 that it COULD be done. Not only that, Jennifer Weber was rude enough to say to me that I was "being difficult" for asking questions pertaining to my credit card account. I want to be clear that I had never had a problem with any other staff in Wells Fargo ever in any of the branches I have used in 12 states over the last 18 years I had banked with them and this woman was extremely rude and I believe because of my "difficult" question became closed to any additional questions I had regarding my account.
