Wells Fargo takes too long to adjust people's accounts and make people's stuff pending up to two or three days it shouldn't take two or three days and then finally to adjust my account and get me overdrafted every time either you change this or hopefully that Wells Fargo will close

Ashley knows no knowledge of her job, neither does the tellers.. everyone is new and is working telling customers “rules” that their not even sure of and the manager is just as clueless.. If you work at a bank, you should know the regulations of said bank you work at. Go to any other Wells Fargo but this one on 26th street cause they will mess with your money!

Amazing customer service here! Greeted by 3 employees within the first minute of walking in. Completed my simple transaction within a handful of minutes and was on my way with a smile.MUCH better than the WF branch on Minnesota Ave @ 26th. Night and day in terms of customer service. Do yourself a favor a drive the few extra minutes East to the branch On 26th @ S Cleveland.

Poor service all the way around. This used to be my branch for 17 yrs not sure what has happened in the last few months. Associates you could reach by phone or email are not there. Thursday I needed docs notarized, my person's email came back, could get no one to answer phone 3 times trying. I did though get ahold of another branch(57th and cliff) answered quickly for me to schedule an appt. with banker next day. This morning needed another doc notarized so I decided again to call my locate branch on 26th & cleveland- again no answer got recording again. Decided to go into lobby - got in line to see if I could make an appointment. There was a blonde associate with customer in line I was the next one. Also associate doing drive up. The blonde associate doing lobby kept looking behind her guess to check drive up???? Not once did she acknowledge me or greet me though I had waited 10 min. I left =went home called the 57th branch - after a couple rings someone did answer I could tell she was busy but took time to get phone put me on brief hold = I got another appt for notary. next monday done deal. 57th and cliff will be my branch bank from now all

Less than helpful/rude staff. Would of rather done what I needed online but website kept redirecting me to their homepage.

This branch never answers their phone. Very important during this pandamic since we have to make an appointment in order to see a banker to make important changes to our accounts. Very unprofessional.

They tell me I have service charges and then they tell me to sit with a banker so they can suggest to me that I need a credit card when I don't. They tell me they gave me back my money from the service charges. But then the next time I go there, they say I have service charges again and to talk to a banker. They get really annoying even when your only there 2 times a month. I'm leaving this bank for Great Western Bank.
