Westwood branch continues to fumble around with simple banking....waited & waited for driveup service....switched lanes and still waited 15 minutes to make one simple deposit. This branch is poorly managed and should be closed down. Looking for another bank to use....btw...not a Wells Fargo enough fooling around with your unprofessionaloperations.

Every time I go in there they have long line and are very slow, they only have one teller working the front and one teller working the drive up. I want in on Saturday the 8th 15 minutes before closing, they had a long line and locked the doors early. Today I went there and had to wait about 40 minutes to deposit a check, when I was done I tried to use the restroom, it was locked for employees only. I guess wells Fargo expects its customers to piss in there pants!!! I think it is time to switch banks!!

Went thru the drive though to get a cashiers check since there were 8 ppl deep waiting inside with 1 teller, and MASON proceeded to tell me he doesn't "do that" in the drive through. Excuse me, what? how does a bank "not do" a simple money order through the drive though? Just another reason to find a new bank.

I've been attempting to open a simple checking account at Wells Fargo for the last 3 days. I've visited 3 locations & called a few other ones in the Sioux Falls area and have been turned away at all of them. They say that they don't have anyone that can help me? At this location I saw a banker in his office & he wasnt helping anyone. Hummm...I think it's time to choose a different bank since Wells Fargo can't find 20 minutes to help me open my account...

Wells Fargo now needs you to use two forms of Id to cash a check. I guess our ids don’t mean anything anymore ? seriously what a laugh

They set up one of my bank accounts wrong a month back.The tellers are not efficient in managing they're drive through. 30 minutes in line and more for a transaction is ridiculous.

Huge appreciation to Stephen for helping troubleshoot getting some money for gas as I didn't discover until 100 miles from home that I had forgotten my purse and had no money/credit cards/ID. Went above and beyond while still complying with the regulations.

Might just be me but everyone I go into a Wells Fargo bank I feel like I'm not dressed well enough and feel like there talking to a bum trying to open an account.. pretty degrading.. but it might just be me

I could write a book on how Wells Fargo can't help you. The only thing they have ever done well is take your money. Do yourself a favor. Close your Wells Fargo accounts and go to a credit union.
