Worst customer service ever. Lost my card at a wrestling tournament and they refused to take 15 minutes to help a customer that is put of state here with kids. What a joke. Several people on staff one lady said she was the only one there and didn't want to deal with it. Terrible

Incompetence is alive and well. I go in for the first time in a long time with the most simple requests...change address, order new checks, and most importantly get a new/temporary debit card. This was a Friday. Everything seems to have gone smoothly. At the end of my session with banker Alexis Estrada, I look right at him and ask if the temporary card works and is ready to go. He says yes it is. Come Saturday evening, I try to use it and it's declined. I call only to find out that it isn't even registered on my account. He never programmed it. I can't get any money from my account, not even the access code because there's no card registered. I can't get food, I can't get medicine! I'm on the phone for hours as the only reply for me telling them I'm diabetic and need my money to buy my meds and food....is "I really wish there was more I could do." They have no interest in your life. No interest in you. We can bail all these banks out with our hard-earned money, but when they screw up and put you in a crisis situation...life or death...they WILL NEVER HELP YOU. I have 24 hours left to go without access to my money/meds. We shall see how this goes.

Getting a little tired of having to go thru the drive up. I do the buisness banking with them and if I need change I must go thru the first lane which is always packed. And why only 2 tellers when there is 4 drive ups?
