Extremely unimpressed with the service. Tuesday I noticed 87$ just vanished from my account with no trace and I tried to call the location to discuss it but of course nobody answers and there is no option to leave a message. So I walked in and the banker couldn’t figure it out either so she said she would pass on to someone else there and he would call me the next day. Wednesday comes and at 130 still no phone call. I try to call the location a few times and of course no answer, so I repeatedly call until someone answers (annoying I know, but do I need to take work off early to show up to be told the same thing “someone will call you”) like answer your phone. Finally after about the 10th time calling, a banker answers, and I explain my situation. He rudely states, “okay will it’s 122pm, not the end of the day and someone is probably working on it and I’ll look up the person working on it and give you the direct number so you don’t have a call a millions times.” I know you will be shocked, but no one called me by the end of the day Wednesday. Thursday comes and I still have not received a call from the person that is “supposed” to be working on my case.. such a shame as I have been with Wells Fargo since 2012 and have never over drafted and make good money. I will be leaving this company for sure and changing banks. It’s quite obvious they don’t care about their customers.

I am a Rep Payee, and I needed to get some odd information. First I called the main branch. He routed me to the call center. She was no help at all. I called the Colonial branch and talked to Danielle. Even though she could not personally answer my question, she took down my information and said she would do her best to find the answer and call me back. After around 20 minutes, she called me back and said she had sent 3 emails and was waiting on responses. I appreciate Danielle and her willingness to help me!!

I stopped in over my lunch hour to make a cc payment. The teller was extremely helpful and even told me about an option I was unaware of, I can make my payment @ an ATM. I do not like going into banks anymore in-person, so I was beyond thrilled to hear this.

Stood in the lobby for a little over 10 minutes without any of the 3 employees I saw ever acknowledging me. It wasn’t busy, just no urgency or customer service to evening make eye contact and say we’ll be right with you. Terrible.

Terrible Service!!!Can't say that enough. Everytime I have stopped the window cashier Wendy has been awful. This last time she blew me off, and I had to drive around the block and come back to get service at another window. Terrible! If I could give negative stars I would.

Awful!! Zero help, 3 employees were just talking to each other while eveyone waited in line FOREVER for one person to work through all of us. Eventually told they won't help me and told to leave. Never go to this branch. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Not off to a good start on my auto loan. I set up automatic checks from my bank, but apparently USPS is once again totally inefficient. Received 2 or 3 overdue paper notices, AFTER Wells Fargo cashed my check and it cleared my bank. Tried to call them but no way to skip all the Covid nonsense (like Wells Fargo would ever really give anyone a break. Didn't they create new accounts for people withOUT their permission?) Finally done with Covid nonsense and someone answered, but couldn't hear them.So tried their online service. They didn't like my proposed userid. OK, but then they made me type my password over twice again. I guess the folks that graduate with a 2.0 work for Wells Fargo designing their web site.Fortunately, the web site shows that they DID receive my payment, but not when.On the good side, at least Wells Fargo apparently did NOT charge me a penalty. I suppose their 4.34% interest rate was competitive or Tesla would not have used them for our Model S.

I was treated rudely, and instead of a manager or anyone talking with me I was told just to leave. Employees were out in the parking lot smoking. This is a very trashy place. I will be taking money to a better bank. Horrible place, don’t waste your time. If I could give no stars I would.

Huge Shout out to my local Wells Fargo on 26th and Minnesota. I appreciate how accommodating you all were during this crazy time. Many thanks

Never fails, they always make me feel like I don't have enough accounts with them to be a valued customer.

Really understaffed. Fake people working there. I must say out of the Wells Fargos I've been to, this one is one of the worst. Poor quality service. Poor help. Won't be coming back.

You would have to be a masochist to do business at this manipulating deceitful lying financial institution. The manager Juanita and and her sidekick Sarah deliberately lied in opening a new savings account when I already had one same interest and slid money they knew I despirately needed due to the death and debts of my husband. Lying 3 times deliberately and left me hanging in another state without gas, food or shelter on purpose. It was a week minus day before I could access MY funds knowing if they told the truth I would have made a completely different decision. The red flags were there but I mistakenly trusted this bank I had done business with for decades. I need some resolution to their evilness.
