If I could give ZERO stars it would be more appropriate! Months ago, WF starting sending my mail to the wrong address (after a decade of having the same address). I went to the branch bank to correct it, multiple times, but WF corporate changed it back repeatedly to the wrong address. This has now gone on for months, all the way through complaints up to a Better Business Bureau investigation. They have taken ZERO responsibility for it, and today stated that they could "...send mail to whatever address they wanted, per their policy". They have ZERO concern for the customer and have made ZERO effort to make sure my banking information is safe. I never chose this awful bank, they bought out a local bank where I had accounts, but the only choice I have now is to get out before my information is stolen. This is the worst customer service, of any business, EVER.

Tried calling four different. Wells Fargo banks never could get through to an answered person. The phone just keeps ringing and saying always busy with customers. I think they’re just too busy scamming people out of their money like they got caught doing again. So they don’t answer their phone.I called one bank constantly for seven straight phone calls never did get a person.

Don't do business with this bank. I was just embroiled in a scam that was not my fault and they refuse to refund my money although under the law, they have a fiduciary duty to do so! They have no ethics whatsoever! I had been banking with them for 40 years without ever bouncing a check or having a negative balance and this is my payback! Do your research! They have lots of complaints against them that are totally legitimate!

Wells Fargo used to be a great bank years ago. Now they are just crooks and make the employees handle all the garbage with the customers. I feel for the employees that have to hear the complaints about top management decisions and they cant help. Had a hold put on a check from a very large insurance company and I quote "We are delaying the availability of the funds from the check described below because WE BELEIVE the check may not be paid". I called the insurance co they sent funds the day after the check was deposited which they send verification. Even though WF had my money which I was not able to pay the contractor to secure the start date they would not release funds for 10 days. No one at WF had the authority to release the funds after 3 different supervisors and it now cost me about 10k having to extend my stay out of my home. OH yeah and they also said they will be keeping the interest for two days on an interest bearing account and if not that type then they keep all of it. If that is not illegal it should be. Greedy Crooks is what they should change there name to. Although in all fairness so are all the other banks. Incompetent employees at the credit card claims assistance center. They give out MISinformation and are handling claims with gross negligence. Jeannette LOERA in the cc disputes dept. actually told me two times I was absolutely NOT allowed to file an appeal on a chargeback. She also had the audacity to tell me I should hire an outside attorney and file a complaint with the BBB who we all know is a joke. I have been banking with Wells Fargo since 1986 but that is getting ready to change. She needs to be fired and go work at Walmart.
