I bought a water bottle 3 weeks ago, both straps on it broke and I tried coming back in to get a new one, because it was a defective product. I was forced to buy the exact same water bottle at full price instead of them exchanging the defective product out. I went back the next morning and talked to them again after I found the receipt (I had bank statement and the card the day before) and I was told that it was a lot of miscommunication and I ended up getting the refund for the defective product. The amount of dedication I had to go through for them selling me a broken water bottle was bad. Some employees can make walmart a very undesirable experience.

Tried to return a Straight Talk Sim card kit because it would not work and was refused a return and robbed out of $35. Not a huge deal at the end of the day, but future customers should know that Walmart (or this Walmart) does not stand behind all the products they sell.
I understand that these sort of returns can be fraudulent, but I believe they should have a better system in place to fairly refund legitimate returns for services not rendered.
Unrelated side note: they also screwed up a grocery order and forgot the bagels, so I'm actually out ~$40 in the past 2 weeks via Walmart.

First time at this Walmart on Minnesota Avenue. Easy enough to find, plus it was close to Clean Ride Auto Spa. Love the layout and the cashier was cool.
