Went to the deli section for some roast beef. Had a guy named Laurel take my order . This guy has the personality of a dead fish.
Super bad attitude. If you hate your job so much grow some balls and go get another more suited for you.

I called about an item return. The first guy I talked to was a little hard to understand but was very nice and got someone who knew more about the return policy. The next guy got on the phone, I asked about the return policies. He said he couldn’t make a decision over the phone. I get that. But when my daughter tried to return this item, she was told she couldn’t bc it was opened?….so I asked this guy about that and he HUNG UP on me! Like what the heck! Customer service was horrible! Hints to why I never go to Walmart on Louise…

Walmart on S Louise Ave in Sioux Falls offers a comprehensive shopping experience, characterized by its vast selection and convenience. The store’s layout is organized, making it relatively easy to find various items, from groceries and electronics to clothing and household goods. The produce section is well-stocked, providing fresh fruits and vegetables, although occasionally, some items might appear less fresh than desired. The bakery and deli sections offer a decent range of ready-to-eat and bakery items, catering to quick meal needs.
Customer service is generally satisfactory, with friendly and helpful staff, though there can be inconsistencies during peak hours. Self-checkout options streamline the purchasing process, reducing wait times, though lines can still be long during busy periods.
The store maintains a clean environment, with staff frequently seen tidying up aisles and restocking shelves. However, the parking lot can be quite crowded, especially on weekends, making it a bit challenging to find a spot close to the entrance.
Overall, Walmart on S Louise Ave provides a reliable shopping destination with a wide array of products at competitive prices. While there are minor areas for improvement, such as enhancing produce quality and reducing checkout wait times, it remains a go-to spot for many Sioux Falls residents.

Good overall.. I know it's childish but I really wish they would get more stocks of hot wheels and things. It's always the exact same stock week after week

All they had opened were self scan lines. I asked the manager if she could open a line, and she said no. So I told them they could restock all my items in my cart, which was a couple hundred dollars worth. I don't work for Walmart, and don't appreciate them trying to get free labor from me, therefore I don't check myself out, and bag my own stuff. If I did that, it would be like stabbing the cashiers in the back, they need their jobs too. But if everyone is willing to be slaves for Walmart, and check themselves out, and bag their own stuff, then Walmart obviously will let them, and this means cashiers don't have a job. I think Walmart has enough money, they certainly don't need me to work for free.

Has been our go to walmart for a long time. As of this posting, there is mostly self checkouts, with a few regular traditional registers. Workers are helpful and no complaints.

Carry the 30# bags of Tidy Cat litter again. NOT 50# bags. I have 2 cats, not a clowder.

Me and my friends were buying pool noodles and we got yelled at and they forced us to put them back. We kept repeating ourselves that we were going to buy them and they ignored us.

This is unacceptable. Me and my friends were trying to buy pool noodles and a worker yelled at us and said “PUT THOSE BACK” when I tried to explain that we were buying them, he completely ignored us. If you are under the age of 15 do not come here because they do not support young kids buying stuff. I didn’t get the chance to see the man’s name but I hope he realizes that I already have a phobia of men and he made it worse 10000%. Think about what you’ve done.

I like shopping at Walmart and I am starting to find what I need after they reorganized their departments and moved things around. The staff are always very friendly, polite and helpful.

Good store, friendly employees. Their water kiosk for refilling bottles is a nice one. N
