This is maybe the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I got a call that my prescription was ready so I called them back, and the lady was rude and told me they didn’t have my prescription there. So I spent almost an hour trying to figure out where my prescription was sent. Finally got a hold of my doctor to figure out it WAS sent there. Call them back, somebody else answered and said it was there! I then ask them to transfer it to the lewis on 37th and Minnesota and when I went to pick it up, they sent it to the wrong one and it was ready at the Kiwanis and 12th street Lewis. A lot of run around for some strep meds.

Left urgent care at 8:50 pm and provider called in an ANTIBIOTIC to the pharmacy for my child. I personally called them from the car to let them know I was on my way and getting there literally as fast as I could. I got to the pharmacy at 9:02 pm and pharmacy was locked up and dark despite them knowing I was on my way for an antibiotic. Said they would mark the prescription as we were waiting. If they were unable to wait an extra 5 minutes it would have been NICE to have been told they will be closed promptly at 9pm no matter what so I wouldn’t have rushed over for no reason. Clearly they DO NOT CARE. As they are well aware I’m sure, there is literally no pharmacy in town open past 9pm so not as if I could just go somewhere else to get the medication.

The pharmacist and pharmacist tech were amazing in helping to sort out an issue with the prescription and billing being sent to the wrong pharmacy. They went above and beyond to help sort out the problem and create a quick solution and I really appreciated their time.

Called about medication I was on..told them I had my appendix out and he was awful..said im on my own and hung up..just because I asked when I can drink after my prescription was up
