This is a great store! We discovered it on vacation and went there several times. The lady who helped us was SOOOO nice!!! She wrapped our racquet handles for us and was really pleasant! The store has lots of tennis/pickleball/accessory options. And their prices are quite reasonable. A great place!

Yesterday was my second time going into Volin’s. I cannot believe the help I have received. I know nothing about tennis but have an exchange student who is playing this year. I needed extra help. They guided me with such respect, and knowledge. I felt so so much more prepared for the tennis season. It was such a friendly atmosphere.

Amazing spot for pickleball gear. This is my go to spot for shoes manly. Always great customer service and the employees genuinely care and know their stuff great spot and a great way to support an outstanding local business

Abysmal customer service. We were neither greeted nor asked if we needed any help. When my daughter grabbed a soccer ball to see if that's the one she wanted the lady barked at her to put it away because it wasn't a toy. We moved towards the rackets for my son since he's a competitive tennis player, she told him not to grab it either. At this point we already had already grabbed a couple of things for both kids including new shin guards, new soccer shoes, a couple of rolls of grip for his rackets as well as other miscellaneous items. My daughter at this point my daughter had decided on a different soccer ball and the lady again told her that they weren't toys. At this point I told everyone to put everything back and that we'd get everything somewhere else with better customer service even if it meant paying more. We will never step foot here again and we will be letting our school tennis team not to look here either.

Great service and very friendly! We stopped in to get my daughter’s first pair of soccer cleats and the lady was super helpful. We will definitely be back!

I strive to support local businesses and this is one that's worthy of that effort. They're always nice and also informed - they actually know what they're selling. Also, I really like the fact they sell youth shoe brands other than nike and under armor. Neither are a great fit for my kid and it's pretty much all that's available at the big box stores. I saw another reviewer asked for more shoe selection and I agree a few more styles/colors would be nice. Also, staying open a little later on the week nights would help. But, again, worth the effort to get real customer service.
