Had an eye appointment today and got there an hour early to look at frames. Two employees were working with customers. After 35 minutes, I was not greeted or acknowledge being in the store. Just because of that I canceled my appointment. I’ve been to Visionworks in Maplewood, MN and actually gave them a great Google review, but I couldn’t do it here. At least acknowledge your customers when they come into the store and tell them someone will be right with you. Super disappointed.

The doctor was fabulous. Dr Matthew Clarke OD . He is very professional and though with his exam . If I could rate him separate, he would be 5 stars all day( GO TEBOW) . Vision works however was just flat out unprofessional and never made eye contact or acknowledgement in any way, when waiting for 30 minutes to get glasses after my eye exam. I took my script and left and went to their competitor and spent 700$ with them. Vision works lost out on 700$ and any further business from me.

Shaylynn was polite and helpful. The guy (mgr maybe?) could learn a thing or two about customer service. Also, they need to be clear that their "buy one get one free" does NOT apply if you have insurance.

1-17-23I have never been treated so rudely. The man sitting on the computer in the Sioux Falls Empire Mall store never looked up to acknowledge me and I was the only one in the store. When I asked him for help he said “oh Je••• Chr••. I said Nevermind and walked out.

I was in on 1/21/21 and not one person came up to me to ask if I needed help or anything. Went back on 1/22/21 and again no one asked if I needed help. I had to approach the lady at her computer. I did order glasses on they were not suppose to come in till 2/5. I got a text message stating status update on your order. but did not say what the update was. I called the store to inquire on the update, lady was rude, try to tell me I had to opt in to messaging to get updates. I said yes I got a text but did not say specific what the update to order was. had to ask 3 times if she would verify if my glasses were in. When I came to pick up my new glasses, lady was rude, I have never worn progressive lens before, she never went over them, never made sure they were made correctly for my vision nothing. just handed the glasses and said here you go. Do not know if they are correctly aligned for my vision or not.
