My 20 year old son was fired after 1 month. I’ll be the first to admit at 20 years old my son has a lot to figure out and will probably need coaching, mentoring, probably a little grace. Obviously Vikor was not willing to do this for him. No warnings, no communication, just “this wasn’t a good fit”.
