“I brought my dog, Jay, in yesterday for his rabies shot and had a wonderful experience with the staff. The nurses were very efficient, getting us into a room quickly and making sure we were both comfortable. The doctor was fantastic she not only handled the vaccination smoothly but also took the time to review Jay’s old vet records and offer personalized advice based on his breed and age. My only hesitation is that the pricing felt a bit high, but the quality of care almost makes up for it.”
“Dr. Sara and her staff were so compassionate and thoughtful when I had to bring my elderly bunny there to be euthanized. They got me in quickly, and they went above and beyond to try to make the whole experience as smooth as possible. I was very worried about how it would go, but the vet tech was so gentle with her, and Dr. Sara talked me through the process. She also did an exam to bring me comfort that I was making the right decision. My bunny passed peacefully in Dr. Sara's care. I highly recommend Dr. Sara and her team, especially for small animals such as bunnies and/or guinea pigs.”

“I have an 8 month old Newfie service dog in training. I selected this vet because of the docs with their specialties in both heart and joint care which all giant breeds are susceptible. She can't be spayed until she is 2 either, and by that point she will probably be 150+. (She's big for a female; already 95# and 28" tall) They seem to have all the technical know how and equipment to meet the needs for a giant breed if something goes sideways. I just took her in for heart worm testing, heart worm & flee and tick meds. I was very happy with how they treated her and answered all my questions.”
“This facility and it's staff are WONDERFUL!I had been through an awful experience buying 4 more chickens to add to my 6 chicken flock. Thursday, 6/28/22, 60 hours after I brought them home, the new girls turned up extremely, sick extremely quickly. The seller treated me terribly when I called to inform him, and ask what he would do. It was late in the day, about 4:30pm, and I called every vet and SD agency I could think of or was recommended to for help, but to very little progress.By Friday morning, I was nearly ready to give up when Amber, Dr. Evan, Joe, and the Sioux Nation Ag Center team got involved. They did a TON of the footwork, and took away what had been a horrible, frustrating situation. They cleared the way for answers to help me, provided me relief and peace of mind, and have had EXCELLENT follow through. Amber especially has the BEST customer care skills and is SO SMART and CAPABLE!! Dr. Evan was compassionate and even took the call on his way to board a plane! Joe was available to me at a moment's request, and was supportive of myself and his team.These folks are what's right with the world. They are the SD I remember as a kid. I feel incredibly grateful for them, and confident in recommending them for your backyard poultry (and other Ag) needs!”

“After doing research online to find the best pet boarding for our cats, I stumbled across Pawsitively Pets. I called and spoke to a girl (I don't remember her name) and she was so helpful and nice, being patient with me, as this was my first time boarding my cats. When we got to Pawsitively Pets to drop our furry friends off, Jamie, the owner, was literally the sweetest person ever. I'm very attached to my cats and she eased my mind about leaving them overnight. The next day, when we came to pick them up, Jamie was there again to give us the rundown of how the night went with our little rascals. We talked with her about how she started her business and other things for probably 20 minutes. Jamie treats you like a friend she's known her whole life. I will no go to ANYONE else but Jamie with Pawsitively Pets. I felt 150% comfortable leaving my babies with her. I will make sure that I let every single person know how wonderful her business is and how wonderful SHE is. Thank you Jamie & Pawsitively Pets!”
