I have been a customer for ten plus years and the service I receive just keeps getting better! Truth-I’ve been without a job for almost four months and struggling with all my obligations. When my battery died yesterday, Vern Eide sent someone to me to jump it. I went to the shop (no appointment) not knowing how I would pay for a new battery and the oil change I needed. My service tech was so understanding and was able to creatively figure out how to get me both without any cost to me based on a service plan I had purchased and forgotten about. I cried! They always make me feel valued!! Thank you!!

Awesome first class service. My wife and I dropped off our vehicle. There drove us to the mall so we could get our holiday shopping done. They texted us to inform us about how the service was progressing. They notified us what was found. Then asked us if we wanted any additional service with the cost of that service up front. They even included a video of the work progress and what they found. Then they came and picked us up at the mall with our bags and brought us back to the dealership. I have never had a better experience! This is exactly the only place I go to for all service and maintenance of our vehicles!

My experience was great. I drop my car of to see about the back tire and they where able to save my tire. They shuttle me back to work drop and when my car was ready and done they came in pick me up. It only took about an Hour. But my overall Experience was Wonderful. Thank you guys soooo much.

The best repair and maintenance service I have ever experienced. My 2020 Honda CR-V had an electrical issue caused by the handicap parking placard. The problem was promptly diagnosed and repaired. The oil change, tire rotation, and battery replacement were done at the same time. Thank you for the outstanding service!

The service on my vehicle is very satisfactory, however the communication between me and Rob was no where satisfactory. When I brought my vehicle in I told Rob to text me any and all messages since u have a significant hearing loss and not able to use voice calls. The first thing when I got home there was a voice call onMy video phone. Obviously Rob did not pay attention to my request. What’s more I requested the driver to pick me up at 4 P.M. to make life easier onMy part. That did not happen. As a result I missed my 5 pm appointment.I have been a long time customer with Bern Eide.

Took the car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Had a problem with the tires when we got out of town and driving 65 mph. Called the service department, went back, and they made it right. Excellent service and customer interaction with Lisa and Darlo! I've worked with them before and they are an asset to the Vern Eide company. Also, thanks to the technicians who worked on the car.

I was immediately and warmly greeted when I arrived. My wait was quiet and comfortable in the customer care area. The auto service was excellent. My vehicle was clean and ready for winter. Thank you!

I have been going to Vern Eide for close to thirty years. My experience with them has always been good. They are always courteous, friendly and explain things very well, in other words, they have great customer service.

The Service Advisor went above and beyond to ensure that a rattle that I was hearing was found. It took multiple people to figure it out, but she kept pushing to get it resolved. I really appreciated her desire to serve.

I submitted an application... I don't have the best credit, but their ad said they work with all credit types and that's why I did everything online, so I wouldn't waste my time getting rejected in person. A few weeks later they contacted me to come in, they gave me an option of vehicle that they said I'd be approved for on an agreed down payment. When I got there they sat me down with their finance manager, who made me feel judged and embarrassed over my credit report, then told me to sit down and wait while they discuss - came back and said they "missed" something on my credit report and told me they wanted $7000.00 down for a $12500 car!!! This was a terrible experience. Justin (sales) seemed to be very empathetic and understanding and that's why I'm rating 2 star and not 1.

You have a employee driving a Dark Grey GMC serra sport31 driving through downtown speeding and swerving lane to lane. At each light he stops blocking the cross walks. When I pulled ahead try get the his plate info he floored it switch lanes erratic. So gave him the thumbs up cause he's being a rude driver. He gives me the thumbs up back with big smile on his face. Guys a tool!

For several years I’ve had exceptional service here from the time I walked in to the futuristic lobby being decked out with free mini kitchenette Starbucks,, a pop machine, cookies. I got a ride home after dropping my car off, from an elderly gentleman that was super nice and I feel bad I didn’t tip him. Please tip him for me. prices usually aren’t cheap but you know the work with be quality and timely you have to pay for that nowadays. I had one issue where the cost was a couple hundred higher than quoted and after my rep talked to the manager , he immediately discounted the price. I usually won’t taken the time to leave reviews but this place has always for over the top excellent .
