Verne Eide Acura neglected a faulty Rotor repair on 5 full day appointments and laughed mockingly that it was fixed but was not. Their "specialized technicians" made excuses on not recognizing a common and major repair. It was immediately recognized by non brand name Tech's at another Auto shop. They also sold me a Canadian vehicle and did not tell me it was foreign not even after strange delay in paperwork. Now they are inconveniencing me further between Canada and U.S. who both keep dodging Recalls and other services.

Vern Eide Acura service department is top notch. Preston is absolutely amazing! He was able to snag a loaner car last minute for me and is always there in a pinch. A great, friendly, smile is what you'll get when you visit this facility, no matter what department you need.

Jordan Dirkes assisted me today with purchasing a Honda Odyssey! He assist with finding the vehicle I wanted, answered all of my questions, even washed and filled her up prior to me getting there to finalize the deal! I feel like he truly cared about the safety of my family! Jordan is 5 stars all the way!

Took my 2016 Acura in because my brakes weren't working right. The service department said front rotors were warped, and they turned them on their machine. Bill was $175. Evidently, they didn't test drive my vehicle as I still had the same problem when I drove home. Waited a few days thinking pads needed to seat with the turned rotors. Didn't work.
Took my vehicle back, and the service department said the rear rotors needed turning. $165 later, my brakes are working properly. The problem should have been fixed the first time. Now I'm wondering if the front rotors really needed turning. I did ask for a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't have to bring 2 vehicles as they had my vehicle all day 1st time, and 5 hrs 2nd time. To their credit, they accommodated me with my request. Overall, it was not my best experience, and I will probably not be returning as I am quite sure I could have had this done more quickly and cheaper elsewhere.
