The first person that offered to help me seemed very nice but he was new and had Shane come over to help. He was snippy and couldn't figure out how to put my Outlook on my phone so he gave me a phone number to call. It was a TOTAL SCAM number. I don't think he meant to but he shouldn't give out numbers that tell you to stay on the phone but go buy a gift card for $250 so they would help me. I don't think so. Sadly I was told to go to Corporate owned stores and this is what happened to me.

My husband and I were helped by David. He was very friendly, professional, and helped us find the right phone plan and devices that fit our budget. Switching over from our previous phone provider was a smooth transition. We were in and out in less than a couple of hours. Thank you for all your help David! :)

Very unethical and shady business practices at this location. Go to an actual Verizon, not a Victra store (you will be charged extra fees here on top of Verizon’s fees, they don’t work for free, not the point of this review tho). The salesman and the manager both advised me that if I were to upgrade both my wife’s and my own phone line, that each line would be eligible for a free device…in this case an Apple Watch and an iPad. I hesitantly agreed, and after being charged $195.xx in fees and taxes, I left the store. Out of lack of trust, and the negative gut feeling I had after dealing with them, I called Verizon customer service when I got home. Verizon informed me that there wasn’t currently a promotion for a free device…it was half off a device with an upgraded line. I went back to sell my wife’s old Apple Watch the next day. The guys working there told me that they pride themselves on taking people’s money. And are efficient at taking customers money. I didn’t ask them to elaborate, as I knew they meant lying to customers and pulling off the old bait and switch. I later went in to speak with the manager, who again, said I was given a full credit to offset the charges for each device payment every month (without even looking at my bill or any information of mine)…and again, that was incorrect. There was no such promotion, and it was for half of each device. Now I’m stuck with half of a device payment, for two devices, for 36 months. Thanks Victra! Do not do business with these scum bags that shouldn’t have jobs. Go to an actual Verizon store and save the money and headaches. Next conversation I have about this store will be with the attorney generals office.

This has become my new favorite Verizon store. The first evening we came in we talked with Shane. We told him straight away that we weren't making any purchases at this time. He still was so patient with us and went over multiple different options of plans/ phone change overs and detail by detail of how the bills would break down. He was extremely knowledgeable about all current offers and how to get the best deal. The next night we decided to take the plunge and Jayden was the only employee in store. He talked with us a little bit more and helped us make our final decision to not only get two phones but also a tablet (not pushy, it was something I already wanted and there was a beautiful offer for adding a line). He was quick about getting years of messages and data transferred over on my phone while setting up my fiancé's, and then helped us make the most cost effective solutions regarding phone accessories to keep our devices safe. They were both up front and honest about "hidden" fees like the cost to transfer info from one phone to the other, and activation fees, and when to expect bills to regulated after trade in credits applied. I felt like we were able to make sound, financially informed decisions based on the information provided by the employees.
Also shout out to Jayden for being able to not only get our phones going, but helping other customers who came in while we were there in a quick and friendly manner, getting them new phones set up as well as ours without causing delays for anyone. What a rockstar!

Shane is a Rockstar! He spent quite a bit of time explaining things to me and had lots of patience. I'm older and he never made me feel like my questions were dumb. If you want excellent device & accessory advice ~ go see Shane! He even taught this ol' dog some new device tricks!! Thanks Shane!

The guys at Verizon on South Louise are some of the most helpful I've encountered in the tech industry. Not only were they able to help me find what I needed when my phone decided it was time to die, these guys were fun and very respectful of my time crunch on my lunch break.
If I need anything else, this is where I'm going for help.

Jayden helped us upgrade my phone today. He was very personable and engaging. Getting a cell phone and getting it set up is kinda a long process…Jayden joked around with us while we waited and he gave me a deal within the process. He made sure we understood everything and provided us with his number encouraging us to give him a call if we have any questions. He was a super nice guy and I would encourage anyone who’s in the market for a new phone to look him up!
