1. Phone guy came to door, stepped on his cigarette to put it out and Left it on my front walk way. We are A Smoke free home.2. Had to use My Tool to do his work. Do they Not have their Own Tools3. Went into back yard through the gate, but when he Left, he left my Gate Wide Open. He also knew I had 3 dogs. Yep, I had to go round up my dogs. I was Always Taught, open a gate, You Shut the Gate!!4. You make a mess with wires, clean up and put wires back.

Literally the worst service ever. Internet has been in and out the past few months. And now it’s been over 3 hours since I’ve had internet. Super disappointed.

Terrible internet speeds. Definitely didn't get what you actually pay for. Constantly cut off your internet at midnight for no reason.

Vast, now Bluepeak internet, customer service/customer care and retention clearly does not want your business. At the time service was initiated we were told by the salesman that we would have a locked in price of $50.00 a month for lifetime. They've since increased our price by $10.00 a month with no notice, email, paper bill or any other type of communication. When attempting to resolve with representative I was told that they would not lower the price. Contract is subject to change. Representative was not willing to work with us and made no apologize or attempt to resolve our issue.

Need tech support. On hold forever. Put on call back list & never get a call back. Been without cable 3 times in one week. This last time is now on 5 days. Will not take the password. They were sending an email, which we still haven't gotten. Really fed up paying all this $$ for less than a months service

The wifi is so bad I started reading again instead of watching Netflix because it cuts out so frequently. Do not recommend whatsoever.

Me and my family have been loyal customers for almost ten years and yet they manage to give me and my family bad service, they came to the house and said our modem was downgraded and needed to be updated so they brought a new router but the wifi is still really slow and disconnects all the time I'm honestly done with this company you guys are just scam artists I'd go through Midco

Second time in two months our Internet has gone down for MULTIPLE days last time it was 8 days before they fixed the line. It happened again yesterday and we were told that it won't be fixed until October... Yet we still have to pay the same amount... This company is not customer oriented and it definitely shows.

They Recently switched an became Blue Peak, other then it being complicated due to that, everything was good. Customer Service was extremely helpful.

WORST. INTERNET. EVER! I have the top tier even and there's constant problems, they keep sending people out to "fix it", but no matter what they do, there are always problems. They're a cheap, laggy internet service provider.

Amateur hour. You have to pay a fee to pay your bill online EVERY TIME and half of their website links don't work. Good luck trying to chat online with a customer service rep. They also have no options for email/ text alert preferences. I expected more on the customer service end. Still on the fence about internet service, but it seems to be working well so far.Update: I'm now pretty sure this business is a scam. Just try calling their customer service phone number listed on your bill or their website or Google or everywhere for that matter, and you find it's not IN SERVICE.

My service goes down regularly. I've also met my intro 1 year offer, so I called in to see what they would do to prevent me from going to another company, and was told, "Nothing." They have no tech support after 10pm, so when you're service inevitably goes down at night, there is no recourse outside rebooting your router, which does not work.The service is not reliable.The customer service does not care if you leave.There is no reason to choose this service over a competitor.
