I just had a simple question to ask, and no one picked up the phone. The phone should be set up so that it keeps ringing. The directory is a long process to listen too recall again. I know they're not crazy busy there, Every time I go there's someone always sitting near the counter.

I went to drop off a package to return and was told they did not receive packages and had to go to Louise Avenue or downtown. I was told that the sign outside indicated this!! If you can find the sign that says anything other than USPS annex let me know.

Management is horrible at this location although considering it's USPS it's likely this way everywhere. The phones are rarely answered and voice messages are never responded to. Daily package pickups and dismounts for businesses are misses or ignored. It's painfully slow if you must go in to deal with the person at the counter.

They were supposed to hold our mail while we moved to our new place, but that didn’t happen. Apparently the lady was by herself and didn’t know what to do. She said our postman carries our mail out on his route every day and they don’t actually hold mail at this building. Crazy right? Three weeks of our mail is missing..don’t count on other people handling your mail… especially this post office.

For some reason a few of my packages have been updated as "Out for delivery" and then within a few hours the status is marked as "Forwarded" even though the address on the shipping labels are entirely correct, and I have had packages arrive using the same address etc.. But for some reason I have had packages get marked as "Forwarded" and so I try to get into contact with the post office via phone, and they never answer, even after calling multiple times, like MULTIPLE times. It's crazy to me how a place with such low reviews and horrible customer service can continue to operate. I don't like how my packages continue to either go missing or get marked as "Forwarded" when there is no reason for it, I don't even know where my packages are being "Forwarded" to or why they would be marked as so if the information on the packages is correct? Is this just the result of lazy mail men or what is going on? A change needs to be made, I literally tried calling at least 10+ times throughout today and not a single answer... it's insane.

I went to this post office last Saturday, and I was having trouble finding my package. Could you believe my luck when I say this young handsome man named Brandon comes out from behind the counter, and starts helping me. It was like he was psychic, like he knew who I was before I even arrived. Almost out of nowhere my package materialized before my eyes, and he said in the most charming voice "Is this yours?". I was stunned, almost lovestruck except I'm straight so I would never do that. But anyways it was my box! And I couldn't believe it, undamaged as though Brandon himself moved it across this great nation by hand so it wouldn't even get a creased corner. I'm telling you, this guy is doing God's work. What a sweet individual.

I had mail delivered and they didn’t knock or anything then said it was being sent back to sender I didn’t know I could have went to pick it up still because it didn’t say that and then I get a text hours later saying it was held for maximum days it was held for 1 day and they did no effort to call me I hate this place don’t recommend it at all.

Mail stuck in parcel TWICE. First time, legit had to drive to the place cuz they never pick up. Basically they made a note to send to the driver so they could instead put my package in the main office of my apartment complex (which I think they should know by now since Im not the only one that went through this?). Second time, I call, no pick up, left a message for them to call back but I doubt it- I'll have to drive there again siiiiigh. I swear it'll happen again next thing I order, so Imma just put my own note in my mail box to leave oversized packages in the main office. If the parcel cant open and youve been getting multiple complaints from other apartment peeps, train the delivery drivers to put those packages in the main office!

You would think that the employees here would be embarrassed by how terrible they are at every aspect of their job, but nope, they just don't care to do anything or do it right. Yoy can never speak to anyone who knows anything, they don't care to fix problems, they lied right to my face last time I went there to hunt down a very expensive item they lost. I called them out on the lie and and showed them proof of their lie and they just told me there was nothing else they could do for me. How come nothing is being done about them being such a terrible location.?

Zero customer service. After navigating thru the automated system to speak to a representative, there is no answer and the mailbox is full so you can't even leave a message.

The single worst mail delivery hub I have ever had. They don't answer the phone. They are rude in person. They can't even do their one job, delivering the mail consistently. There is zero accountability for any of it. This place is the model of why Congress refuses to fund anymore low performers...They all want 25 bucks an hour but deliver worse than a group of 14 year olds at McDonald's. We should give them minimum wage for minimum service.
