The worker was friendly and went above and beyond helping me package a bulky return. Amazon returns are so easy and always quick service. Great store atmosphere and friendly efficient employees!

I use this location for all of my Amazon returns. The process is always seem less & quick. The staff are friendly. Even with many people in line one of the times, I didn’t wait longer than 1-2 minutes

We had a package shipped to this location since we were out of town for the delivery. Went to location twice after it said our package had been delivered. Front desk rep said there was no history of our tracking number, despite the person who signed for it was acknowledged as an employee. Contacted seller, who verified it was delivered to this UPS location. Received verification today that package left this facility 2 days later after last visit.

The worst delivery service. They never leave my packages if I’m at work and I work a lot. Then they leave a slip saying to pick it up but when I call the adress stated on the slip, they say they don’t have it and they are just going to try to redeliver Monday when again it will be the SAME SITUATION. I’ve never had issues with USPS or any other service but UPS! I needed my package now I won’t get it till probably AFTER the holiday. The lady on the phone acted like I was lying about that stores address being on my receipt for pick up.

I dropped off an Amazon order for return and it never was. Evidently an employee felt she needed them. I didn't get a receipt as I trusted them. Not any more! NowI am being charged the $42 Amazon originally credited me.Enjoy my stolen shoes!

Was turned down to do a passport photo because work area was untidy and occupied. Workers unwilling to help the store perform its regular functions.

Customer service was rude and didn't work with the customer. I had return labels printed, but she refused to use them. She made us reprint labels and charged me over $4. Clerk is only interested in charging more money. The label she printed was exact same as labels I brought in.

We were in and out quick. Our package to ship was about $25. Kinda spendy but it is what it is. Staff was friendly and helpful in getting me all set up.

The manager is greedy, cruel, and untrustworthy. I paid them an extra $60 for a 24-7 access key to the location. They accidentally gave me the wrong key and then denied it. Then they also told me I would have to pay an additional $5 to get a new key made to replace the one they never gave me. Now I’ve spent $244.95 with them, and this is how they treat their loyal customers? I’m a single unemployed dog mom, and now I can’t afford to feed my dog, because these people are thieves.

I am shocked at the negative reviews. I do all my shipping, shredding, faxing and printing bigger projects there. I have trusted them with government paperwork for my VA disability. I do all my document shredding there...they offer a discount for AAA members and other associations. I don't know her name but I try to work with the lady with long grey hair. She is always polite and friendly. I have never had any issues with anyone there and I am one who expects people to know their job.
