It's a pleasure doing business here. They know exactly how to pack things and get them safely to their new homes. I had a very valuable and fragile collectible going to California and they took more measures to help it stay whole than I would have ever dreamed. Great job.

We use this store for all of our printing for our Nonprofit, SiouxperCon.
First I want you to know how amazing everything looks coming out of this store.
They are professional, fast and great to work with.
Highly recommended for all Printing projects including photos, posters, save the date cards, thank you cards, flyers and more.

I had a PO Box there for a few years. And sometimes my mail had dirt and hair on it. Like they rubbing in the floor. Staff was ok, but they screwed up and returned to sender important letters I was waiting for. I was a otr truck so I had limited choice for PO Box.

After someone spelled a name wrong when getting the original invites. I gave the original to Tiffany and she made the changes, printed the new ones and the colors were even better than on the original. She also printed the inserts that I gave her and made for the BEST invitations I have seen in a long time. She was in at maybe 8am and was ready for me to pick them up by 9, even after having to make the tweaks! I will go back for EVERY printing need I have!

The UPS Store Associates greet everyone when they enter and are very professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

Was packaging our items up inside the UPS store on the table (that is there for customers to use) and the worker came over and rudely said “let’s me move these papers so you don’t ruin them for my customer” it was not our problem that the staff left papers on the counter that is there for customers to use to package up the items. She could have been much nicer about it. Will be using a different ups store next time to ship items.
