0 stars if I could. This store has been absolutely useless. The manager guy is going through the motions pretending like a claim has been made, yet 3 weeks later, I am still stuck with someone else’s package. This is due to UPS store SWITCHING my label with another persons label, they were not even able to process one package at a time. Which means someone else received a box full of very expensive medical equipment that was meant to go to me. And tracking numbers are useless because the box of crap I received has MY label on it. What a nightmare. Avoid this store at all costs. Go to USPS in Lewis a block away. Also if you shipped this rug and bedsure comforter on Aug 20 PLEASE GET AHOLD OF ME ON Facebook.

This store is a joke, 3 weeks after they mislabeled a package containing $1000’s in medical equipment for my wife’s practice they still have not responded to any inquiries or investigated the issue. May be forced to sue the store to get our package back.
Instead I have someone else’s package with a rug and comforter instead.

I usually get great service here, but today (Saturday) I saw they close at 2 PM and hurried to get there at 1:58 only to see the metal gate pulled across the counter. The topper was the long-haired bearded employee looking right at me with 3 boxes in my arms as he LOCKED THE DOOR.

Had to ship home some of my mom's Cookie Jar collection. Riley was amazing in making sure all boxes were marked with fragile tape and up arrows! I appreciated his kindness and concern for my packages!

I order my dog’s canned prescription food to my house through my vet and you guys always deliver and boxes are practically open. I’ve never complained, but my driver today rang my doorbell camera and said “make more, spend more.” I never call people out or rarely give a bad review-but wow.

I tried to return an item from Amazon to this UPS location. The young man was extremely condescending. He told me he could not accept my return unless I bought one of their bags for $2.67.
My return was in its original package. I chose No box or label needed just scan the QR code.
I bought the bag and called Amazon. Amazon apologized for the inconvenience and hassle. They said “This should not have happened.” Amazon wrote a report and reimbursed me for the extra bag they made me buy.

I was trying to return my Comcast equipment and the woman sent me to FedEx. FedEx then sends me back to UPS because they said Ups has a contract with Xfinity Comcast. I made sure to call before going and Eric was kind of enough to help me through all of the process. He was very knowledgeable and handled everything!
