Had a great experience with Sergio! He was very attentive and answered every question we had. He even helped us figure out what the best options were for our limited space. Definitely will be back next time we need new furniture!

If there were more than 5 stars I would choose it! Paul at Unclaimed Freight really worked FOR US! We went to numerous places but ended back at UF because their selection was the best, easily laid out, and most of all they were HONEST from the very start about inventory and prices! Paul’s solid advice came from him truly listening to our needs as our plan ended up completely changing (several times) about what we wanted. We ended up with an AMAZING deal and are so excited for our new furniture. If you want good options and someone who actually cares about you getting what you will really be happy with, go to Unclaimed Freight! Get ready Paul, we are coming for a Bed set next!

Paul & Brock were truly amazing, I have never felt so taken care of in a furniture store before this, I wasn't planning on stopping in let alone buying anything, but due to the amazing care I recieved I ended up with a beautiful recliner. The best part is they went out of their way to help me out. Was only able to give 5 stars on here, so I will add on another 5 plus give them an A+++ rating. They won a customer for life.

Dexter was awesome and very helpful! Not pushy but helped me make a decision. He had no problem letting us look around elsewhere and we came back to purchase the couch he helped me pick out! Highly recommend for great service and prices!

We purchased some furniture for our son and Dexter helped us. It was a great experience! He was so knowledgeable and friendly. Brock in the clearance center was great! Very helpful.. on the other hand the 4-5 guys in the regular store sitting around a computer I wouldn’t even buy from them! I asked a couple questions they answered the questions measured one couch told us to go to a different store.. we wandered around the store for over 20 min looking at furniture we took some pictures of the ones we liked and were seriously going to go to Sioux City to that store and order from them the service in Sioux Falls was so bad..
